  • I made a small withdrawal from Crazy Luck Casino on .Sep 19  They had all my documents in hand already, and I received a message that my withdrawal was in process on Sep 26.

    I sent an email on Oct 2 asking what was the issue.  No response until Oct 7, when they asked me to provice the wire details which I had to provide in order to make the withddrawal. 

    Here it is Oct 12, and still nothing from them.

    If Crazy Luck won't / cant' pay a win of less than $300, no one should trust them to pay anything!

    Beware of this Rival Casino!

  • I just checked on the withdrawal policy:

    Withdrawal Condition : Players need to send the security documents within 10 working days after putting a withdrawal request. In case of failure , the casino has full rights to reverse the withdrawal to the player account with us. Player could then again request for the withdrawal and send the documents for approval. For withdrawal we need the following documents for verification : One government approved ID card, utility bill(not more than 2 months older) ,scan copy of your credit card(front and back both which you are using for deposit with us) and Authorization form . For any kind of assistance just contact us on live help or call on the toll free number provided on website.

    Any deposit made to the casino must be wagered once before a withdrawal can be requested. If deposit is not wagered at least once before withdrawal, the casino reserves the right to charge the player for any processing fees. All withdrawals will be paid in installments of up to $5,000 per month which will depend on player Class. It may take up to 10 business days for withdrawal approval. Withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department.

    You sent in your docs in a timely matter and it has been more than 10 biz days and it is not a tremendous amount being processed so what is the prob? You should be paid according to the withdrawal policy and it is now 15 biz days.

  • Yes i know and when i said "what is the prob" i was referring to the casino! It is delay tactics clearly on the casino's part especially asking you for "wire details" when you gave those details upon requesting a withdrawal. Don't give up on hounding them daily until you are paid.

  • Talk about crazy luck...all the luck I got from playing at this casino was winning a no-deposit multilevel freeplay game but losing it all in the end after making that required $25 deposit. Suffice to say, the slots became tight after making a deposit!!! I have never won at Crazy Luck Casino and I have since given up playing there...unless when they offer a free chip or a free game. Even so, I had won another multilevel freeplay game not too long ago but did not make that $25 deposit to claim the second level game. I would rather let it pass than lose another deposit at Crazy Luck Casino! That 10 business days waiting period is also a BIG turn-off for me...so they probably have to wait 10 business years before thay can get another deposit from me! laugh_out_loud

    This was on Monday (yesterday).  They don't say when "very soon" is, and I won't hold my breath either.

    Sorry for delay in your withdrawal as there is a problem with deposits and withdrawals via Moneybookers in all rival based casinos. To get your withdrawal soon you can reverse your withdrawal and then make a minimum deposit with Neteller and then you can make a withdrawal request again via neteller of total amount including your that deposit which you will going to
    make with Neteller. Your withdrawal will be processed within 2-3 working days.

  • Sorry if I gave the impression this matter was RESOLVED.  IT IS NOT!!

    Crazy Luck sent a Swift Copy, however, after a week, they then sent an email saying that I had sent an invalid account number - which I had not!!  Copied the info directly from my online bank info.  Same info used for my tax refund and all other successful withdrawals.

    Crazy Luck is still playing games with this withdrawal!

    I didn't say anything b/c they hadn't done what they promised.  So there was nothing new to report.  Still not, unfortunately.

    They knew the situation when they accepted my money, and assured me they were able to pay anyway.

    I have been paid very recently from several others who had no problem paying me.  Winnings I received in only a few days.

          I am trying to find out What to Do here.I won 900.00 on nov 18th 2012 after making playthrough at this Casino.I set my Documents 2 times and Still nothing as of today Jan 4 2013. I had lost my Daughter Around dec 5th and was Short money to bury her.I asked this Site to look into getting this money to me.Was told it was in process,well it Still is. I had a Crap X-mas and new years wasn't much better and now by Busness i run is going under.Now i have mybe a new problem.I dep 30.00 on play2win last night and Made this playthrough and Cashed out 1,000.00  and now i'm seeing posts that this Site Don't pay? I am not happy about this and am not Sure What i can Do about it. Both withdraws will save my Repair Shop and really help me right now. So if you know what i can do,just let me know. Ken
