OMG, this casino is too slow in payment.  I made a withdrawal on Feb 26th by wire transfer, it was approved on Mar 4th and I still havent received the payment yet.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(  they said it takes 2-10 business days for wire transfer, its been 11 business days since Mar 4th already.  Today is weekend already, seems like I have to wait for another week.  Dam, no gambling action for me this week  cuz I'm out of fund  :'( :'( :'( :'(

This is pretty poor bearing in mind in your original post you say "they said it takes 2-10 business days for wire transfer".

2 days over what they reckon is the norm really is not good.  How long are you prepared to wait before you start kicking off about it Taaadaaa?

I dont know blue, all I can do now is wait wait and wait.  If I contact livechat, the answer I would get is "we exprerience some delays" and if I contact thru email then the answer I would get is "you get your money very soon".
I thought I might have submited a wrong acct number, so I doulbe checked with my bank earlier today, and the number was correct

today has been 13 business days, so I decided to call and was told that the delay came from some securities their banks need to take to transfer fund to the US, what a BS, and I will receive my payment very soon, maybe the end of this week or beginning of next week, wth, this is just like playing with virtual casino group, winning wont get paid in a month or more  >:( >:( >:( >:(

May I ask how much is your withdrawal? and was it by wire transfer?

I wonder why they are making you wait so long, have you had a withdraw from them before? My withdraws are always promt, and this last time they completely skipped the "withdraw approval" status and went strait to pay out! after the 2.25% bank fees and Misc, i got $930 in my bank via wire transfer in less than 7 days!
