        I am so sorry you were treated like that tkbell and very glad you posted it! I for one will boycott them for that behavior... would be good to send that chat to a manager at Diceland and perhaps they will do the right thing and shoot him at dawn oops I mean fire him...

        My name is Noah and I am the rep for Rome and Diceland Casinos.

        First of all, I am shocked to see this chat. I can assure you, that if a CS thinks he or she can act that way towards one of our players, they are sorely mistaken, and are not long for this career. I am so very sorry you had to go through such an experience.

        I know its easy to draw generalizations from one chat, but this is NOT how our CS handle themselves. Please do not think that this is the kind of service we offer. Diceland prides itself on good customer service. I know the CS manager and she will be livid to see this.

        I will be speaking with Casino management immediately, and will see to it that the person responsible is either punished or fired, and that you are compensated for this outrageous behaviour. I will update you as soon as I have more information.

        Wow, up until a year ago I played at Rome and Diceland all the time.  Til this day I think they have the nicest customer service people so I am shocked.  Let me say I only quit playing there because my bonuses went down the tubes not because of the people.  When Noah says this problem will be taken care of u can believe him.  He is a top notch direct  customer representative here at LCB.

        Holy Macaroni! If i didn't read the actual transcript i would of never believed it was possible that chat would act this way. Hey i wonder if it is the same guy that posted in "Mad Operator" in No Deposit section??

        Thank you so much Noah for getting right on it and to you tkbell i am very sorry that this happened to you especially for using an LCB link.

        When you think of all the people in the world who so desperately need a job he would be happy so many of our members go there to get a free chip. Without members like ours he wouldn't have a job.

        Nothing curdles my blood more then to have customer service act this way in any business. He truly should get the boot with NO exceptions.

        Thank you Noah. I had sent an email to support but got no reply there and somehow my welcome email & the one I sent disappeared from my email account without me deleting them. (weird I know)

        I haven't heard back from anyone yet on the situation. I have been playing online casinos for years and have never had such an experience.

        Oh my gosh! It seems that not only was the casino rep rude, he blocked my account! Thought I would reinstall, log in and see if I had anything waiting on me after this ordeal only to find my account blocked.

        Well, still blocked from casino. Not one single reply to my emails and no word from Noah. I guess I will give up on this casino and move on. How crazy to be BLOCKED from somewhere I've never even played at and was blocked by the rudest casino rep in the history of my gaming experience!!!

        I'm sure Noah is investigating this and of course, things like this take time.  Maybe give Noah another couple of days and then I'll chase him up for a response as to the current position.

        Thank you Blue. I just can't believe even the emails I sent to their support went unanswered. I will wait to see what Noah comes up with. In the meantime, it's off to play other casinos

        Well it's been 5 days. The worse part is that the casino itself never replied to my emails. Account still blocked. No word from Noah. Normally I wouldn't push the issue on something like this because I am a depositor at casinos I like and am not one of those people just looking for free play but my conversation with this casinos rep is in black & white for everyone to see so I don't see why it should take so long to resolve. I sure wouldn't allow anyone to talk to me like that in person which is what makes it hard to swallow when there is nothing I can do about it. I am new to this forum and it's a shame that my first comment has to be over something like this.
