DO NOT PLAY AT SKYTOWER SPORTSBOOK AND CASINO,  ROGUE CASINO.

SKytower sportsbook and casino is a cheating and unfair sportsbook and casino.  i had deposited $200 I played and over 3 weeks got to almost $3000.  I did not accept a deposit bonus at all so i could withdraw my money when i was ready.  I sent my id's and info in to verify my id.  when i requested a withdrawal of $2500, it was pending this morning and processing.  then tonight i go to the casino to login and i could not access there site.  i get live chat and the represenative said, we closed your acct b/c ur echeck came back.  THATS FUNNY!!!!!  I paid with my prepaid visa card.  SO then he added it was b/c they cannot verify my id and did not get my verification info.  However, i received an email stating i was clear to make full deposits and withdrawals from their site and all my verification info was reviewed and complete.  Then i told him about the email and the verification completed.  At that point he cut the chat off on me and i was locked out.

This is my 1st post. Sorry for the negative info but no one should go thru that as i will take this one for the team.  Anyone have any advice on what to do next if at all anything.

        Costa Rica Licensing?
Got in touch with them via phone (have free calls worldwide) and queried them on licensing etc. apart from a brick wall this is what I could find out.Licensed in Costa Rica, with further research found the following.

While the Central American country Costa Rica is home to more than 200 online gambling companies, it does not actually have legislation specifically designed to deal with gambling over the Internet. The Costa Rican government is of the opinion that the act of wagering does not take place at the location of the operator's gaming servers, so companies residing in the country are able to legally offer Internet wagers to customers all over the world as long as they refuse to accept wagers from individuals located in Costa Rica.

Because of the absence of legislation dealing with online gambling, the businesses and operations of Costa Rica-based gaming companies are not subject to the regulations, monitoring, and testing to which most offshore governments subject their licensees. Most companies are self-regulated. Because there is no official regime to recognize license holders, there is no betting or gaming tax. Instead, companies operate under a "data processing" license.

In September 2007, the Partido Accion Ciudadana introduced a bill that would tax sportsbooks and other electronic betting operations based on the number of employees on their payroll.

My only suggestion is to just keep trying with them again and again as it would appear they are self regulated only.

        Tried to solve
