        I recently played the No Deposit Bonus at Slots Jackpot and won $50 (met all the playthrough requirements).  After making a small deposit of $25 so I could withdrawal my winnings, I sent my security documents and kept receiving the same message from them:  They have not received my documents.  I have been trying to send them for 2 months now and they keep giving me the run around.  I've talked to Live Chat NUMEROUS times and they will not help either.  I'm completely frustrated and just wanted to warn everyone NOT to deposit money here because you will not get it back.

        I read a thread somewhere about email could not be reached with slotsjackpot and you will send to rocketbet email, instead of slotsjackpot.  Check with rocketbet to make sure

        it is unbelievable that their e-mail still doesn´t work. They must be operating on steam machines or something like that. Had the same problem and there is a solution:

        I actually could witdraw from a free chip. But sending in your documents is painfull. All slotsjackpot email addresses don´t work and the cs is only somewhat helpfull ("If the the faxback email doesn´t work send it just by fax", for example.) After some live chat discussions I got a rockbet address - - documents were accepted within an hour and the money was in my neteller account the next day. I still do not understand how they get along without a proper own email address.

        Wow!  Thank you for the advice guys!  I am going to try to send it to the rockbet address.  I can't believe they couldn't just tell me that via cs.  I asked if they could give me any different address and they said no!  Oh well, I hope the docs go through with the rockbet address and my withdrawal is processed.  Thanks again guys.  I really appreciate it!

        after response i got this weekend i do not trust thema nd will not play at them and they know where they can put there email and yes i am being rude but they deserve it they do not follow thru on one of thier posts or promises and live support is useless
