DO NOT PLAY AT US-BLACKJACK CASINO

I made a small cashout back on 5/8 at us-blackjack casino.  I sent all the documents in to both of emails that they have, finace@us-blackjack.com and support@us-blackjack.com.  I didnot receive any confirmation email.  So, I kept on waiting for my winning.  I found out my withdrawal got declined yesterday (took 21 days for them to decline my withdrawal) and nobody at usblackjack casino give me a reason why they decline it.  I just then sent them an email asking for reason.  Again, no respond.  Livechat said he can't help me over this issue, I have to contact support.  How can you play at a casino that when you have a problem, but nobody want to resolve it for you?  they put the money back into my acct so  I tried to make a withdrawal again, the system said "you can't make a withdrawal at this time".  I can't make a withdrawal, just leave the money in the acct to watch is ok, or to play again to lose back all, then the problem will be solved. >:( >:(.  So, it took almost one month, my winning going no where, even if this issue is resolved, I guess it takes them at least another month to send out my withdrawal.
I read their term and condition over again, and here is a detail you need to avoid us-blackjack casino.  "you cannot make a withdrawal within 10 days if it is from your initial deposit".  Thanks god, my winning came from 2nd deposit.  Another reason for you to stay away from us-blackjack casino is "a total max cash out is $1000/month.  lol, what if you hit a big jackpot?? how long it takes for them to pay you?

summary:  1/ Delay payout, 2/ max payout per month is only $1000, 3/  No customer support (customer support is exellent when you make the deposits thou)

I'm frustrated about this casino now, but all I said above are true, read their T&C carefully, you will find out.

hmm... I actually got $130 from this casino from the free chip that they were offering a few months ago. I would agree that the support is a bit cruddy though

at least they will pay, I still have a pending withdrawal at us black jack since beginning of May.

That is ridiculous..cant' make a withdrawal for 10 days after initial deposit??

See Taadaa??  Told you..some of these casinos are so sneaky..they will do anything not to pay you.  This is why we need to educate ourselves.

And only $1000. month max??  I would not even play there..I take more than that in a night.

If you have to play at a casino that puts max restrictions..you shouldn't go any less than $5000. and that is pushing it.
