            Jacob - what a joke their support is.  So you were left hanging yet again for  a third time.

            Do you also request the chat to be sent to your email?  If you don't, I suggest that you do this everytime you speak on live chat, even if your problem is resolved as it serves as evidence for what was said and when it was said.

            In answer to your question about having a rep from this casino, the answer is no.

            Ok thanks blue. I should of told the lady that said my request was being sent to the crediting department to send a copy of the chat to my email. Didnt know I could do that. I cant believe they actually said I never spoke to anyone. Really amazed! Dont think ill deposit there anymore.
