  • Hello, I'm caught up in somebody else's problem. I'm an experienced player and rarely need to the read the general terms and conditions extensively, My opinion is irrelevant in this case, but I would appreciate yours a lot since it's difficult for me to evaluate if the following is easy to interpret and comprehend or somewhat ambigious? I'm mainly referring to the first sentences of 1.2.

    1. ONE ACCOUNT PER PLAYER

1.1 In order to use the games and services provided by casino xxx a person has to register and personally open a player’s account. Only one account is allowed per person.

1.2. Multiple accounts that are linked by the same device, email address, household, IP-address or credit card are not allowed. In case it is noted that there are similar accounts, any funds on the player’s accounts will be frozen. Furthermore, the customer accounts may be closed by xxx at its own discretion.

  • I don't see anything controversial about this rule. No casino would allow multi accoiunting..

  • Thank you. You're using the term multi accounting. Does that mean that your definition of multi accounting is not merely one person creating several accounts, but also when f x more than one account is created by diifferent persons sharing household, device or IP?

  • In rare cases casinos would allow more than one person per IP and household ( ie family members etc ). Having in mind how easy it is to misrepresent and use someone esles personal details multiaccounting is not solely restricted to one person having more than one account.

  • Cherry casino, Sveacasino, Euroslots and Spilleautomater (all same group) allows two accounts pr houshold. And one bonus pr promotion i think.

CherryCasino allows only two account registrations per household and a Player is only allowed one account. If CherryCasino notice that your household has more than two accounts, CherryCasino may block or close any or all of the accounts at its discretion. If three or more Players share the same household, it is the Players responsibility to inform CherryCasino about this.

    Thank you!
This is kind of a follow-up question and it will be my last one. I would appreciate immensely if you gave me some feedback. I've been struggling with the a case of a naive newbie that I don't even know personally and I just want to finish it asap.

She opened an account at a casino not knowing that her mother (shared household/IP) had previously opened an account. Hence her winnings were forfeited by reason of t & c 1.2, referred to above.
There is no accusations of fraudulent behavior, just breach of terms. Her account is open and the deposit was refunded. Despite of 1.2, the casino says it would have been okay with two persons sharing IP, if she had contacted the casino beforehand and provided with proof of identity.

The player argues that this information cannot be found in the t & c and also questions why it would have been okay to provide identity proof beforehand but not now, since she has done nothing fraudulent.

One could always argue about the clarity of terms and conditions, lack of certain information or the subject of fairness and ethical behavior but I can't see that I can help her to build a case here.
Is it as easy as it appears? She breached the terms & conditions and has no case?

  • TO ZUGA AND OTHER READERS!

It was to late to modify my latest post.
    Please just disregard it.

It has come to my knowledge that the player mentioned has attempted to threat/blackmail the casino using the name of a mediator and I will terminate the contact with the player.
    Thanks for your replies!
