I for one believes it does. I was playing a freebie that I received in the mail the other day. I was betting .50 to .75. As most time when you got a large play thru you get all types of good hits and bonus rounds. After getting my balance up a few hundred dollars. I start betting $1.50 to $2.00 the hits were fewer but the bonus rounds came. But they would pay 15X bet or less each time. I would switch slots and still get the bonus rounds and poor payout. Then as always once you get to a certain point. Dead spins after dead spins. Even switching back down to .50 its dead spins after dead spins.

I think the programs are specially designed with some type of A.I. programming

Nobody can actually answer it (well, people who works in online casino can  ).

There could be just some kind of "money pot" to be won at the moment - let's say someone lost 1000$ so casino will let someone else to win 900$... So it would be "hard" to win bet x 300 win 10$ bet.  Still, it's just speculation.
You can win big with lowest stake possible and with a pretty high one. Zuga hit 5 scatters in DoA with 7.2€ bet or something like that..

I think the bet size doesn't matter. You've already been just earning too much and the casino started putting back the money.

No, I don't think bet size does matter - I've had good and bad runs at low and high stakes, playing with and without a bonus, at the start and at the end of a wagering requirement, I've hit 3000x bet off 10 free spins and ended up with 50k of wagering requirement, and I've also hit 4500x bet first spin after getting $1 out of some free spins and cashed out the whole lot - theres no pattern to it, its just random I'm afraid.

I know it seems hard to believe at times, but thats just the nature of the beast. If you keep playing, you'll see it come your way again sooner or later I guarantee it!

It doesn't really matter, Im very sure of it. There are claims of all sorts on the matter, but honestly, they pretty much sound like a gambler's myth, trying to explain the lack of luck at certain moment.

If you check out the winner screenshots topic here on LCB, you will find at pretty equal amount of screenies with wins over 500x bet on both low and higher stakes (I even believe there's more big wins on low stakes).

Absolutely it does matter.  Each game is set to pay out a % at each denomination.

This is garbage, why do you think that? What are the percentages? Do they pay out more to people who bet low or high? Are you suggesting that the games need to be 'filled' at each stake before they will pay out at that denomination? ...

This is from the Wizard of Odds
Do the five ten and twenty-five dollar machines pay off just a little better i seem to have a little better luck on them rather than the quarter machines which seem to swallow up a twenty fast?

In general the higher the coinage the better the rate of return is.

That's not talking about playing the same machine with a different denomination though, it's specifically talking about the machines in land casinos where it is common for games with a higher minimum bet to offer slightly better RTP,  just as the best variations of blackjack eg single deck are moving to the high limit rooms in Vegas as well.

Did I misunderstand your original question then?
