Does Big Dollar have good reputation for payouts?

I enjoy depositing at Big Dollar but when i do good I still waste my money because I figure they don't really payout. I do good quite a bit though so I need advise on which casino of that type is most dependable.

Someone please let me know your experience of any casino of this type software.

Lucky Creek, Grand eagles paid out in 2-3 days, but their slots are not loose compared to Grand Prive group, just my opinion,  .
I had a pending withdrawal with Big Dollar as well and I just received an email from them after 48hrs cashin period, asking me to send documents which I just did.  They seem to be fast thou the way I see it because they are on time as the plan they have in their T&C.

I have had no difficulty with Big Dollar.  Usually, I recieve a check within a week of sending the documents

Though i have never cashed-out at Big Dollar, i have the others, about a week to week and half after docs is right, i looked around and have seen no complaints about Big Dollar.. really none being bad about the grand prives at all, but this was a while back

Is Big Dollar, Grand Eagle and Lucky CReek all under one group?

Reason I ask is I deposited with Lucky Creek and they asked me to call and verify my account. I called and ran into the WORST customer service ever. The rep either didn't speak english well or even really understood it and the phone connection was kind of spotty which didn't help matters.

I gave up after 10 minutes as I am charged for every minute that phone is being used and I sure don't need to waste $25 trying to verify an account and Card used as it was a gift card.

I think from now on, I'll CALL the casino I am about to deposit with first, if their language skills aren't acceptable, then I'm not about to deposit if this is the same BS I got with Lucky Creek.

lol.. same thing with me genenco when i spoke with them on the phone, the english was bad, but they treated me well, i dont recall anything being bad about it as far as connection or service.. it was just a little difficult with the language

I tell you, my RL name is not that hard to spell...But being asked 8 times and even using the style of Military transmission "I said Delta, Bravo. Charlie" is really stupid and as of yet they STILL didn't understand...Yeah, the language was bad, but if this is common, then I'll pass on the group anyway..No sense getting my blood pressure up higher then it needs to be....

I got paid from bigdollar in 7 business days, I contaced live support 3x asking about this withdrawal.  Glad I got paid, but I think lucky creek group is better.
