        Hi,

        do not play in these casinos (rival). Close the accounts without any transparency.
        These casinos will say that the closure of the accounts is not motivated by multiple accounts but does not give you the real reasons ....... ridiculous, this is the transparency?

        I ask for the your collaboration, but they always speak of their rigid rules ....... "the masters of the earth"!

        This is the dialogue between player and casino?
        ridiculous! Fortunately, there are other casinos that know how to treat customers and are more transparent than them!

          I assume that you had a balance in your account?

          Personally, I don't think I've played at any of these casinos so it doesn't affect me.

          Sorry to hear that alb. You might of got your account closed due to what they determine is "bonus abuse".

          I know it can be frustrating and in reality they should decline a bonus at cashier and keep good depositors.

          Even if you use too many bonuses at one Rival Casino others casinos will penalize you too.

          Plenty more out there for ya!

          It's weird that they haven't specified why they closed your account. I have never player there but I don't think I'm trying them anytime soon....

          I will be more clear now:  I context only that these casinos are not been transparents and when i requested your collaboration to understand the motives of this closure, they closed the dialogue with the player recalling a small part of the regulation that says that they can close accounts suddenly.

          I know that i have accounts closed but these casinos does not say the motives!

          None of these casinos said, if this is the reason, which i am a bonus abuser!

          im sorry alberto that this has happened, may i ask a question,

          have you used a lot of no deposit bonuses at those casinos that have locked you out and how many did you do if you did, otherwise the casinos should not be banning you either way to be honest, they should just put in your account that no more no deposit codes is allowed and if you tryed to get them, you wouldnt get them, simply closing accounts for being a *bonus abuser* seems a bit harsh, maybe that isnt the reason, could it maybe be where you live or, you have mutliple accounts and registered a few times to the same casinos without remembering which u have registered too,

          i have done this a few times, then realized and asked them to close one of the accounts as to stop me from being banned....

          maybe just try keep asking them why they banned you......

          thanks for the comfort but the problem is precisely this: to not know the motives. The only thing I know is that the closure is not motivated by multiple accounts. I agree with you: the account is not close, but you can not offer bonuses.
          But the problem, I repeat, is the lack of transparency and poor treatment of my player.
