Is it just me or don't robbers usually pull a gun before stealing your money?
Here is how I was robbed at Silver Dollar Casino yesterday... It started innocently enough... I deposited $20 with no bonus... I played and after a while began to win and as I won I gently increased my bets as I went along... then I switched to Mega Multihand Deuces Wild and began to really win... I was on a streak... I even had one hand with 3 full Royal Flushes and 6 or 7 Wild Royals... as you might imagine my bankroll was growing rapidly and when I won a large pot, I raised my bet accordingly... Up in my betting with the screen showing over $4000, I was playing hands at $100 and $125 for the last 20 hands or so... and here is when the real problem hit... I bet $125 and hit "Deal"... the result was the screen shot below:
So, they had me send these screenshots and they looked into the situation... the end result was that they said that it was a software malfunction and generously left me with $82.48 in my account.
I called in and was told a supervisor would look into it and call me back by 3 pm... guess you know I did not receive this call... so I called in again and eventually got a supervisor and while on the phone with her another supervisor called and left me a voicemail message... both said that they were so sorry, but this was how it was... too bad so sad....
So, I gave up gracefully as possible while in tears and my ears emitting steam... I just asked one last thing... Since they understood my plight and were sorry, perhaps they could offer me a free chip or something for a future visit in the interest of "customer service"... and guess what... too bad so sad... bye now... And I of course could do nothing with the bit they left in my account and soon hit zero...
I figure, being I am such a trouble maker I will be banned when next I attempt to log in... Just one of Life's little Live and Learn Love Notes... thanks for listening... -

That's absolutely awful. So because you had a very nice winning streak - it's a software glitch and they took your money off you.
There is something very wrong when it comes to winning at these casinos. If you win for a prolonged period of time, its a software glitch and if you lose, it's tough luck...why not deposit more of your money.
So you are prepared to just leave it at that then kattboots?

Hi Blueday... thanks for your response ... I really am not happy with the outcome, but I don't see anything else I can do about it... I thought about calling back the supervisor that left the voicemail after 3pm today, but I am afraid if I keep throwing my face against their brick wall I will only end up with a very flat face and nothing else to show for it!

Just looking at their T & C and one of the conditions is this:
.....the Company will not be liable to a Player or any other person for, as a result of, or directly or indirectly in connection with any of the following, howsoever caused or arising:......amounts which may appear to be winnings but which result from any software, hardware or related problems with the Casino, the Casino Software, associated software, servers or other infrastructure associated with the Casino
and
In the event of any dispute regarding any matter relating to use of the Casino, Player accounts, eligibility for winnings or any other related matter, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
It doesn't look too good I'm afraid.

Yes, thats in the T&C's, but thats more about displayglitches.
A slot that shows a jackpotcombination while in fact, it was not.
If I understand right, Kattboots played a 20.- straight deposit up to over 5K on different games, one of those great runs we all dream about, and suddenly got the balance reduced?
Thats not a softwareglitch, its pure theft.
Is there anyway to check your gamehistory with Vegas Tech?
I cant play there, so I have no idea.
I would not give up yet on this one, to me it looks like you were royally screwed. -

Hi kattboots,
As i was reading your post i became increasing upset at what happened to you. Looks like to me from your ss the only malfunction was claiming you didn't have enough money in your balance!
For a $20 deposit and to win that much only to be told "so sorry" is enough to make ya sick.
Let's hope our fearless leader Zuga can get to the bottom of it.

i actually wasn't aware of this blue thanks for the info in response to your post katt i am so sorry about this i hate when casinos you think are good do this.I just started depositing at the English harbour groups and I've noticed a few things including getting an email for a invite tourney then not being able to enter. In this situation i really dont know what to say i would be devastated.

these particular Vegas Tech Casinos are a little rigid, it is true , if you register then see the button still available , Rena try logging out and closing the program then relogging .. i also found that the program tends to hang in the process tree, if you know how to access your task manager look for "CasinoApp" if you don't have it running and it is there you should end the process of it, i found this out one day while my other programs were hanging .. also i juts want to stress that Vegas Tech software isn't the only one that hangs at particular times.. other platforms do too, just like any program, sadly you may have had this problem in the background yourself Katt..

Slotbeuker they did send me my game history... it showed hundreds, not thousands, so I said that I could accept that the software was showing something different, but that I still had a problem with it... no joy from that either...
Is there anyway to check your gamehistory with Vegas Tech?
I willingly agreed that there was a glitch and it probably should have shown hundreds... I was up over $800 in that case... so, what could they do to help me and make this fair for them and me... nada...
My suggestion was that they could locate the place where the glitch began, take my account back to that level, and let the chips fall as they may, so to speak... NO!
From the game history what happened was, all was well and the glitch did not show up as long as I was generally winning, but at about the last 20 or so spins, I was betting $100 then $125 a hand and not winning according to the history, and took the balance down with each hand until it went below $125 which caused it to say insufficient funds...
Now they could see that up until those last devastating spins I was consistent and methodical in my betting and play and so they understood, if I had the actual balance showing on my screen I would have either stopped playing that game or cashed in. I would not have played it down to nothing from $800 or $5000, raising my bet when I was losing... but that did not matter either in making this right for me... so sorry, not a thing we can do... it's a damn shame, but our hands are tied...
But, what really gets me after all of this... is refusing to even give me a crappy little chip to help make me feel better.... somebody in that casino has the power to do that and they did not care... the only bone they would toss me on that was ... "Nothing we can do about a free chip or anything, AT THIS TIME." Like they are going to come back and do something for me later... RIGHT... and soon as I am done typing this I will be shopping for a freakin' bridge!
So, enough ranting and raving from me... I just want to thank all of you for you positive feedback and caring... I have never posted anything like this before and I have to say the response is heartwarming... Thanks to all of you!

I may have displayed the T & C's but I really don't think you should give up on this.
If this is a common glitch, then they have no right to be in business.
"All on line games produced by Silver Dollar Casino are audited for fairness of play by independent third party gaming expert, Dr. Eliot Jacobson, Ph.D, whose gaming audit and analysis services are available through www.jacobsongaming.com and www.certifiedfairgambling.com. These audits are undertaken on a monthly basis.
The results of these ongoing audits indicate that the random number generator is truly random and accordingly, the game play results conform with accepted statistical norms. These audits also indicate that the game returns for each game are fair and conform to the statistically predicted returns for each game.
To acknowledge this commitment to fairness, the "Certified Fair Gambling" seal has been applied to all games offered by EH Gaming Venture Inc.'s Vegas Technology software on this site. "
This is their Certified Fair Gambling seal!
They also have a "preferential seal" from the Antigua and Barbuda Director of Offshore Gaming:
"This is a valid Preferential Seal, Issued by the Directorate of Offshore Gaming of Antigua and Barbuda to:
Company Name
EHG INC.
License Type License Valid Until
Interactive Gaming Thursday, April 14, 2011 "
I'm thinking that perhaps you should be complaining to them the web address of which is http://www.antiguagaming.gov.ag/
This is the link to the complaints:

Please keep us posted as to how you get on if you take this route.

***Wow***
That is complete and utter bull on the part of Silver Dollar.
If I had that balance, I wouldn't accept the explanation and ask for a free chip. It could almost appear to them they are correct. If I had 5,000, there is no way I would ask them to throw me a few dollars for there error.
I would wait until midnight and try to get ahold of an overnight manager, for some reason they seem to be a bit more helpful.
I'm confused since the balance is clearly shown on your screenshot.

Ever since my last experience with the VT group (Funny how it was due to glitches in the spins hanging Which they denied was occuring) I don't trust them at all and never contribute to them, nor will....This is a good example of "Oh it's just a glitch, not our worry, concern or fault. Guess you're screwed"

Come on there was no software glitch they didnt like the fact u started with $20 without a bonus and ran it up to $5000. Flatout they didnt want to pay you. You need to write a complaint to the above email address Blue provided. Every time our accounts go to zero at an online casino is it a computer glitch? A LCB boycott needs to be implemented for this casino and any sister casinos until this matter is settled. Pure b.s..

Hi Kat, i just saw the "gun" part in your title for your post and decided to read it, and I'm like the rest that have posted as well as yourself, very angry...reason being is that luck like yours does not come by everday and to know that you have no bonus and struck it big is like whooa you lucky rascal, Ive just had an issue with a casino but ill put mine to rest after hearing your story, at least i withdrew from mine but in your case was pretty much ripped off big time. I'm so sorry for what had happened and so hope you get what is rightfully yours. please let us know....this is an outrage.

Hi Katboots,
I had to read your original post again. Let me ask you, if there was a "glitch" did you notice it as you were playing? Did your credits not correlate with the wager or win? I see you upped your bet to a huge wager of $125 per hand.
With over 4k for a bankroll i'm surprised you would even settle for a free chip must less want to play there again.
I hope it gets settle very soon because the whole situation is disturbing.

Thanks Lips... it all seemed quite natural on the screen as I played... and I would note the total and decide to up my bet but always with a plan... such as --- I will play with this money, but if I start to lose I will stop at X dollars and cashout --- this was a safe plan because my balance was so high...
But at the end where you see the $100 and $125 spins... although it was going up and/or maintaining on my screen, according to the report I was losing on most of those spins with my balance dropping and me raising my bet anyway for about 20 hands... until the last attempt to deal a hand at $125 and there was not enough money left according to them, but my screen said $5400 +... and you see what it did then... I would have had to lose my mind to make those last 20 spins if I had the real numbers on my screen...
As far as a free chip... that was my last ditch effort to get them to make some kind (any kind) of concession to customer service... I asked for and offered fair solution first...
I am just not good at big ugly confrontation, it always just makes me feel bad and does nothing to change or even reach the heartless jerks that need to be confronted... -

Hey Gabby, sorry about being late to get back to you.
Here's a bit of it.
On parrot party, they have the 2nd and 4th reel which has the bonus symbols. Much like Green Meanies. well, I put the game into autoplay and after about 50 spins, the bonus reels locked and the game kept going though. I emailed and emailed and emailed.
Same response was given "Our "Experts" find no problem with the game"...I finally gave up and so that's why I won't ever trust them to be honest, truthful or even admit things can go wrong.
In fact, I jsut went to English harbor and the game is STILL not working right. I have added 3 pics. Notice the two huts never change. Anyone need anymore proof that VT casinos have a problem? -

This reminded me of the other thing that is nutz about this... on one hand they tell me that the software is very accurate, therefore their printout of my play is correct... and on the other hand (but with the same set of lips (sorry Lips) they are telling me that it was a software problem... So, ok which is it... works perfect all the time or it has glitches?

I see that this is an old thread, but I'm wondering if there was ever any resolution for you Kattboots. Obviously, nothing short of giving you the full amount that you won is acceptable, but did you you ever get any compensation for Their error?

Hi Kylixer,
Yes, there was a resolution... Although it turned out they could deny me the money due to their rules regarding software problems, they did give me a $50 no restrictions bonus to play with... and of course it did not take me long to lose that... and no, no contact with Jacobs Gambling. -

I would definitely pursue this over at gamblinggrumbles and casinomeister. The group is listed at casinomeister as one of their so called "accredited casinos" and they will investigate complaints. Also, gamblinggrumbles responds right away...just have some screenshots and proof to support your claims.
