        Casino Fiz totally scammed me.  I won on a no deposit bonus and was hesitant to deposit to claim but decided with convincing from their employee, David S, to make the deposit.  I wanted to make sure I was 100% good to go for withdrawal and after sending a few documents he assured me I was ready to withdraw.  I made my deposit and than bam what do you know, I am told they need the back of my id to continue ... So I send it ... Than they tell me I need a picture of my card frnt and back .. Than they tell me I need a authorization form .... Which I sent no kidding six different times and they claimed to not receive ...  David told me by Monday morning I would have my withdrawal ... He apologized for misleading me about my status but said the docuemnts were received and will be prcessed and I will get my money Monday morning,  This was Friday .... Well today it is Wednesday and live chat tells me I cant talk to a manager ... They wont give me the status and tell me I need to wait 18 days ..


        I have proof of all of these conversations .... Now I cant even get anyone on chat to help me

        Sorry to disappoint you but in my experience almost every RIVAL casino needs 3 weeks for a withdrawal, don't ask me why. I got banned from casinos after some withdrawals, I believe there were too many cashouts because I am good with their games. Anyway, I got some cashouts and after that I was banned from bonuses and from one casino. In fact, I don't remember a single casino to procedere the withdrawal under 3 weeks. The good news is I got my withdrawal every time without the help of LCB or askgamblers. The bad news is: it took a very long time and since then I have never played in a RIVAL casino any more which is sad because I really like the games.
