        Hi gang,

maybe i am just a little bit to lucky the last days.

What happened to me was this: Made the p/t on a VRC free chip last month, now on one from Titan.

BOTH explicitly wanted me to cash out, i.e. to withdraw before playing on. One is a rival, the other one is a normal casino.

Since my playing budget is regulated by my "fun" income I offered both casinos to convert the winnings to a "standard" deposit (to play on - and eventually burn the money) and both refused.

What is the matter with them?

Don´t they want their money back?

Thank you for your advice in advance!

I dont know what is up with that either Rokko.  I do it all the time with Rival's.. not sure with RTG, I do remember Lock telling me that they would really like me to cash out but let me do it either way.

        ?

That is what I do not unterstand myself. I offer them (me talking to them) to convert the won money to a standard deposit ( to give them their money back) and they refuse.

Maybe its because the free chip has a max cashout... if they "converted" the winnings to a deposit then there would be no minimum cashout so for all they know you might play a few more $, win $10 and cashout more than the maximum allowed from the free chip.

Its silly procedures if you are going to re-deposit that same amount anyway and chances are it will cost them money to recieve the deposit via a payment processor.

But then again as I say these are procedures and rules many casinos stick by (even if they dont stick to half the other rules)

take my work for example... if a customer wants to exchange a faulty item for another 1 thats not faulty then instead of being able to put it through the till as a refund and then on the same transaction put it through as a purchase (so its $0.00) we have to put it through as a refund on 1 transaction... then give them the money in their hand... then do another transaction as a purchase and take the money back off them.

Have to say I'm very surprised they let you do this, I've asked this also several times in the past, and I got the same answer as Sparkz, they don't do this.
        Cashout first, then redeposit.
Ofcourse I could reverse and play with it, but the max. cashout rule would still be active.
So if you do this again next time, ask support first and SAVE A COPY of the chatsession, because I'm pretty damn sure its not ok, maybe the support agent didn't know what he/she was talking about (not really something new at Rival supportcentre, lol).

Why would it matter?  The money is clear and it is yours to cash out, the max becomes irrelevant because you are reversing in "REAL" money (and they have already adjusted for the max amount of the chip).

It is like winning at a land based casino and them not letting you put it back into the machines.. "No sir, take it home, deposit it in the bank, then pull out the same amount and bring it back in a couple weeks when youve decided if you want to play with us or better yet a competitor".
