Email says yes, casino says NO!

Anything related to casinos, casino games, new casinos, tournaments etc.

        Hi all,

        Lately I have been getting emails from the casinos to who I have accounts with.

        Thing is, they email me and say "Here's a $77 free chip" or "Here's a $50 free chip"

        But when I go to claim, it says "Coupon cannot be redeemed at this time"

        I suspect on on it was "For new players only" but the others have been simply "Here's a free chip"

        Any thoughts?

        I really can't imagine the thought process here.  Why do they bother to just try and piss people off??  How can that be of any value to them...?  Don't they realize that after they tick someone off by inviting them to claim a bonus they know they aren't eligible for ...they sure aren't thinking...Wow, guess I'll make a deposit then...  All it does for me is show me how unprofessional and unreliable they are.  They must certainly know if a player is new, if they've deposited and what chips they have claimed in the least they sure take the time to know that when someone wants to get paid!!  Perhaps they should also take the time to check that stuff out when they send out those bogus email invitations!!  Maybe then they would get more " real deposits!!

        Same thing happens to me all the time. The only codes that work for me sent via email are player appreciation codes.

        I also get them. I think that emails are just randomly sent and when we try to claim that free chip we don't qualify. Either that or its a shady way to get us to the site and drop some cash since we are there.

        I get these e-mails repeatedly. About 90% of them do not work.  I am so used to it I do not even get excited anymore when a new code shows up in my mailbox.

        Yeah I hear you.

        Just got an email last night from "Casino Master Live" (Sort of a news letter thing) and they had the code WILDEXP50 and I responded

        "That code has been out for 2 weeks idiots!"

        I doubt I'll hear back from them...:)

        My 2 cents, I have had these e-mails daily but I also get the same response CANNOT BE REDEEMED AT THIS TIME, then out of boredom try the same code a week later and Wahlah (sp). I think it is because they seam to space out the time that certain players are allowed to claim them.  So try it at first you don't succeed try, try again!!
