        sometime ago i had a ministroke caused from my other health problems sometimes i jsut forget athe little things i have really enjoyed the top games and ihave spent alot of money but they have also given me free chips generousley.  Anyway today i find a casino Gold Vegas Casino top game i requested a free chip and in large capital letters was told i could not recieve any more free chips.  I apologized and got off then got mad got back in touch and explained my situation and that i did not appreciate internet rudeness.  that i am a good customer but that i dont have to be.  He then said he was just tryling to explain to me i had no more chips( what am i an idiot) no i am a person who forgets but when reminded remembers everything.  I dont know if i want to keep playing internet games i just dont like being treated the way some of them treat us.  Hell its my  money they are getting you would think it would be appreciated that i am so stupid to keep going back for more.

        Hi Spazz,

        Don't ever be embarrassed for your lack of memory. The only one who should be embarrassed here is rudeness in customer service! I am sorry to hear you had a stroke and hope you make a full recovery.

        In the mean time the competition is fierce for online casinos. You can play at many sites that do offer warm friendly service.

        Hi, Spazz! I totally agree with Lips. They are the one who should be embarrassed. I think sometimes some of casinos forget that one good support can bring a thousand more customers but they seem to forget that. I hope you feel much better and know that we are here for you.
