              Ive deposited at all six of your casinos and have NEVER recieved anything as far as free chips or free cash back and its even xmas today! Nothing on my birthday either!

    The comps generally do accrue... sometimes you have to wait 24 hours for the VIP Plan site to catch up.  Otherwise there pretty good about giving you the comps your due.  It normally takes me a while to reach any cashback levels that are worth getting the cashback on.  So I just normally enter there drawings for the large amounts of cash or prizes.  Otherwise I'd also make sure you went to there web site and actually registered and signed up as well.  That was my first hitch when I signed up with them was the VIP Plan registration.  Otherwise getting the first level bronze is easy.  It's the other 3 levels that require some actual playtime or dough.

    Im at bronze level. Yes the playing comps are good but never a free chip or xmas cash or birthday cash.

    Read the terms on this VIP plan:

    Terms & Conditions

      1. If after 60 days of wagering your withdrawals exceed your deposits you will be considered a lifetime winning account. A winning account will be considered a non-recreational gambler and your wagers will not count towards VIP Plan points.

      2. Only active depositing accounts will qualify for VIP Plan points.

      3. Non-North American accounts are not eligible for VIP Plan merchandise.

      4.VIP Plan points redeemed for cash must be rolled over three (3) times prior to    withdrawal.

      5.Once your wagering account has become “Dormant” (no activity for 12 months) your VIP Plan points will expire.

      6. Any player considered to be abusing the VIP Plan program in any way may have their rewards points revoked at the discretion of management.

    Rule number one floored me!!!!!! If a player makes more withdrawals than deposits they are considered "non-recreational gambler" and won't qualify for the VIP program?

    I would not consider that "non-recreational" but rather a damn good lucky streak. So another words if your on a winning streak.....your penalized. I would think these casinos would glorify these winners! Reel em in to get all their money back.......like land casinos!!

    Louiseff.. place your money in this casino, i understand totally you want to be treated a little bit better then that, THEIR response letters really suck.. alot of casinos will do what they can to keep your business and make you happy, but like it goes, t&c's are t&c'.. sad
    Could of offered you a small 10 buck chip or something, ANYTHING..
