  • I played at EU Casino, and wagered in mostly blackjack (with the bonus on this website). I wagered $10 up to $50 per hand, and played 2 to 3 hands at once.  I also played several hours in roulette, slots and especially video poker.

    In 2 days I completed the rollover requirements.  Its been 6 business days now, and EU Casino said I abused their 'bonus' program and they would take my money.

    How is that possible when i was betting $10 up to $50 per hand and playing 2 to 3 hands in blackjack. I had deposited $1000 to claim the $500 bonus on this website.

    Further, for video poker I was wagering maximum per spin.  I requested my entire balance to be withdrawn of $1534 because their casino sucks, in that the blackjack is slow/laggy.  And at one time the black jack cards were dealt and it was blank/white.  I emailed the customer service but they could not help. Anyways the problem is with my payout not the software.

    Is there an email of a moderator or somebody who can help me in this situation?

    What are you talking about?

    I was not betting the minimum. I was betting anywhere from $20 up to $50 for 2 or 3 hands.

    I also played Video Poker, a bit of roulette and some slots.

    Yes, I cashed out the bonus.  I did the rollover as requested and wagered $20, $30 and up to $45 a hand in blackjack.  How is that " deliberate minimum risk, playing of equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting?"

    Please look at my history again, carefully!

    I played it and risked alot accordingly! Why can't I be entitled to the bonus? I did all the rollover required and my betting was NOT minimum risk. I wagered up to $30-$40 a hand (and played 2 to 3 hands at a time)? Show me proof please of this MINIMUM RISK BETTING.

    I never once bet $1 per hand in blackjack.  Do you expect me to play crazy and lose my entire balance and bonus? No, I was wagering 2 to 3 hands at $10 up to $35 per hand.

    Also if you look carefully I may have rolled over nearly $2,000+ in Video Poker, Roulette and Slot machines combined!

    I am quite appalled by this.

    • You accept that the bonus of $500 will be voided and the funds removed from your account
    • The remaining withdrawal of $1034 will be sent to your Moneybookers account
    • You understand that if you will violate this agreement in the future your account will be closed and all funds on your Real Balance will be seized

  • I contacted management of this casino regarding your treatment and they would not budge and would not give me any real information stating privacy policy... and they asked for you to contact them directly. Due to this incident we have removed the exclusive blackjack bonus.
