  • Has anyone ever used ewalletxpress for a withdrawal? I have $1000 pending at Rushmore while they verify my docs that I won using 400% exclusive LCB bonus. Now the dilemma is, should I use ewalletxpress to withdraw? which charges 10% up to $150 or use Wire Transfer with Rushmore which is free. How long does ewalletxpress take to deposit to your account? I've heard Rushmore are slow right now with Wire Transfers???
    Inputs will greatly be appreciated!

  • I also have a pending wire transfer with Rushmore.  The last wire transfer I had with Cherry Red took about 15 business days.  I think you should choose wire transfer if you do not want to pay for ewallet withdrawal fee.  It takes 3 business days to have money available in ur wallet acct and will take another 5-7 business days to have the money in your bank account transfering from ewalletxpress.  Choose ewalletxpress if you want to have money available in ur ewallet acct so you can deposit with other casinos.  I withdrew $1200 from ewallet to my bank which cost me $120 fee, that's hurt.  >:(

  • thanks! I think I will choose wire transfer then. I was thinking about that 10% percent and that's quite a bit of money. I also have a $400 withdrawal via wire transfer that's been approved at slotsoasis since the 6th and still haven't received it!
But I think it's worth the wait not to pay the $100.

  • I thought with Rushmore (and sister sites) you could only withdrawal to Ewallet IF you deposited with Ewallet?

I have used Ewallet as a "holding account" from various casinos.  When I accumulated a good sum, I would deposit it all to a casino with free wire withdrawal.  Ewallet is convenient....but, the fees are too high.

  • Yes you do have to deposit with ewallet first. That's what I used to deposit. Finally cashed out using WireTransfer then got an email for the 40% winner's bonus. Which you get if you cancel withrawal. Think i'm going to pass since it comes with a 20x playthru.

  • Ok, this will probably sound like a dumb question but here it goes. I have only used gift cards and ewalletxpress for withdrawals.

I have never tried a wire transfer for fear that my bank would reject it coming from a online casino. I hear so many members using this method........has anyone ever had any issue with having it rejected by their bank?

  • I used wire transfer for withdrawal many times and no, my bank has never rejected any transfer, instead they charge a small bank wire fee.

  • Thanks taaa for your quick reply. I do have one more question though. What is the name that appears on the wire transfer? Just wondering how it gets around all the banking legalities.

  • FED WIRE CREDIT VIA:  (their bank name)

that's it, no casino names appear in there thou, dont worry, lol.

    grin
  • Theres alot of really good information here, Thank You Taa and Lips questions i had were answered as well.

  • Well last I knew when they updated there terms and conditions.  The new policy was that you had to withdrawal back to the same method that was used.  So like if you deposit with eWalletExpress than it HAD to be withdrawn back to EWX.  Then again I just read the policy and it now only has an minor side note about credit cards.  So confusing.  I hope you get your money if you do withdraw via wire transfer.  Lordy knows that 10% is a bit steep.

  • When using wire transfer, it goes directly from the casino/casinos bank to your bank account, and the benefit is it saves you alot of high fees, but takes longer to process am i right?

  • Well the last wire I had gotten from then was around August.  When they were in real big financial trouble due to a processor pulling out or something.  That took almost 3 weeks to process after I pmed the casino rep at another forum to even get it approved.  That took almost another few days to process.  So after that I haven't really been back, just because I wasn't found of waiting almost 4 weeks for my money.  Otherwise they did at least pay, just had some issues with cash flow was my only guess, and until I hear of them actually going back to speed payout even to eWallets.  I'm just steering clear of them.

Hey Lips!  I had problems with my credit union accepting international wires, only in the past 6-9 months.  They never rejected them in years past but apparently made some policy changes so I did have 2 bounce back to the casino since October.  Was no big deal for me, one I ended up having a check sent overnight (which my credit union then placed a 7 day hold on...grrrr) and the 2nd rejected one, I decided to try a second bank account I had which I rarely use...and they accepted the wire with no problem at all....in fact, have had 3 withdrawals wired in since November.  Even if your bank rejects it, the funds go back to your casino account, the casino notifies you and you can then choose another method.  I've never been contacted by my credit union that THEY rejected the wire.

The casinos are very discreet as far as how they wires appear and I've never seen the name of any of them show up on any of the documentation.  And, most casinos allow the first wire WD of the month to be free, may have to pay a small fee on your bank's end so that is the other reason I like it.  Just my 2 cents  wink
  • I am waiting for an EWX withdrawal that I requested on the 11th and was told it would be there before the 25th. It is the first time I have used this since OneClub required me to use it but I have never had a problem with Quicktender at my credit union although my son did with a wire transfer and the casino had to send it Western Union.....

  • Actually, this is the first time I'm using wiretransfer from any RTG casinos. I've used it for Rival casinos before and they seem to be a lot quicker. And the transfer does appear as either a credit or a commission payment from their bank.

  • Lips.....I use bank wires at three different bank accounts and have no problem.  It does not list it came from a casino, though it MAY list as being a foreign wire.  Your bank may charge you per wire....mine are in the $8 to $12 range.  I have never had a problem.  Now, some casinos are very fast getting the money wired......like about 7 business days.  Others may take longer like 3 weeks or a bit longer.  Though, I have never NOT gotten my money.

Though, I have been stiffed on a couple of checks they mailed me.

  • Doc,

Thanks, that is reassuring to know. Always had the fear the bank would reject it if it was casino related.

But on another note. The checks bounced??? What casinos did this happen at?

  • Lips.....Oh, I had a bad check sent to me from the Golden Casino/ Online Vegas group.  I am a very, very calm guy, but I was mad as hell with that one!

  • I'm sure you were! Not to mention the fees your bank will charge you! So now not only did you get stiffed it cost you money in the process.
