        So I get the $7 free Friday party chip. I run it up way past cashout. I cash out $35.

        I reverse the $35 and play. Drop to $30. HIt WD again and then look over promotions. I see the $500 and 30 min. (I admit, I didn't read the instructions fully...My fault)

        I play and then after a bit check cashier. I find I had made PT and so, I deposit the $30. I continue to play.

        After a bit more time a window pops up saying time ahs expired and the balance was reduced. I then have $0.00 in the account.

        I contact live support and get a bit more confused, later I then look over chat and realize my mistake. I contact VRC rep who asks me to contact support. I did.

        Today, they returned the $30 and I have learned a lesson.

        Thank VRC, you are the best casino to deal with as always!

        Sounds like you deposited while the "play time" for the $500 was still running.  A genuine and easy mistake to make Genenco.  Glad you got it resolved and thanks to VRC for always being there for everyone.  Another diamond rep.
