I just downloaded the Atlantis Gold casino and registered my new account.  I tried the LCBJUNE2 code to enter the tournament and received the message that they aren't accepting entries.  So, I chatted with a rep and I was told that the bonus had already been used!  Impossible I just registered my new account.  Chat told me to try back in 1 to 2 hours after reset???  Did that and nothing!
I thought about trying the Treasure Island Casino but it will probably just be the same as Atlantis.  Gosh one would think these casinos would have a smooth process for new customers.  I guess customer retention isn't high on their priority list????
Any suggestions?

The only thing I can suggest is to make sure there isn't a space at the end of the code when you enter it and that the code is in caps.

I believe your account was locked because you have claimed to many no deposit bonuses and never made a deposit.

We are in discussions with this casino regarding locking player account. They shouldn't lock them just because a player hasnt deposited.

...you're right, I can't make deposits at every casino-account I have or for every promotion I receive and this is for 3 reasons:

1. I do not have enough money. 2. I spent the money I have at my favourite places. 3. So I do for several years now and had still not one remarkable winning / cashout.

It's kind of strange behaviour to flood the players with 5 - 10 nd codes every week but instantly start crying if players use / post / share these codes...
