Fiz RIval casino.Bad experience

Hi every one, if this isn't the right place I beg your pardon.

I've seen here Fiz  and downloaded, deposited and get 300% promo.Met WR.From that day it has been an incredible adventure....I'd like someone helps me.I'm looking for a rep (but I don' t see here) or an affiliate (I think there's someone here)

It's a really long story and I'll tell all about it when it's over.
In 2 words.I joined at Fiz, made the first deposit , get the 300%, met WR.Had great troubles to cash out, in fact I still didn't get anything. I'll tell you everything...so you 'll  understand better

One of the most funny thing is this one. In that period, about 2 weeks ago, I became a fan of Rivals and tried some of them. This is my experience:

ClubRoyalCasino: won quite good and payed in about a week in 4 trances, after approval.

21Grand casino (from LCB) : the same , but payed a little longer always in trances (1000)

Vegas2Web(fromLCb): surprise! Won 1700 and payed the entire amount in about 3 days !!According to me the best one!!They also called me, to wellcome talking into my language quite good! 

Fiz (as I said before, first deposit):a lot of problems with misunderstanding and withdrawal method always "unavaible". I was supported by Max (chat live) who really did as much as he can. Finally today I could cash out 250 of my 2100 total wins (still I didn't get nothing)

And now comes comics....but, as I said before, I'll tell you when all this matter will be over.

as I wrote it was . I deposited , won and sent all docs on the very hard to cash out because it appeared it was impossible on the 4 of april.When I was able to cash out (they told me I could  for 2000) 2 days later it was cancelled (by them).All other mentioned casinos, gave me confirmation in about 2 day.

I repeat the first time I cashed out once 2000 and it stayed on pending for  two days, then it was cancelled and put again into balance. While in chat I was told I could cash out the entire amount (and the system permitted it)

Remember it was my first deposit there, I really usually I don't play at Rival, only in the last month , looking at LCB.But I said there was another another funny and quite offensive matter.... Well , they wrote

"Hello Miss,

Our casino is honest with their players. It appears like you have bean banned in all rival casino. You are not eligible for any promotion. If you suscribe in an another rival casino, it will be the same, you won't be eligible. They  have detected that you abused of all promotion. That 's the software which determine that and not us.

2) if you give one player promo, then you can't call him "abuser", if you think so you simply don't give any promo before playing.

3) I don't know where you found this fame about me, cause I've played into Rival only in the last period.My fault is only to have some good wins

It's only your group that decided this policy. Abuser is a person who never deposits and plays with free chips. Abuser is not a player who, casually, wins with one casino's sign up promotions after depositing.Note that promos wasn't automatic, but given by chat operators

If you will, I can make some casinos name. There I won in the same period, and already been payed.Nobody told me "You're an abuser cause you play and win with the promotion we  gave you!". And nobody confirmed what only your casino is talking about.
I just played at Vangard , for example, or Domgame. I had the promos like everyone has. So you're telling lies that sound quite offensive.

But I have other names of Rival when I've been paid in a very  short time.(when I won, of course!!!)


There are many ways to treat a depositing member. Some casinos cut off from promos, and I can understand, but they pay the winnings.

At Goldencherry on february I won 5000 or 4000, they payed and in the meantime, they kindly advised me I was cut off from every promo.

I'd like to make other names but now let me show your honesty and don't put my requests into balance as you did.

Remember I had evidenced about every thing I do, when I play
You can't manage people in this way.

Last. let me know the way to have my winnings, the weekly max cash out and so on.Give some more infos please.

Remember, once again , you cannot treat one player who wins something, in this way.

Hi Melody,

I know it can be very frustrating to be labeled a bonus abuser and Rival software casinos have a policy that if you "abuse" at one then you pay the piper at the other casinos as well. That is why it is very important to know the terms and conditions of casinos before playing there and do your homework.

Many online players have asked the very same question as you, why do they offer so many when you can be punished for taking them at the time of withdrawal not the time of deposit. I don't think its an answer the rep can give because he doesn't make these policies Rival does.

Don't be sorry for asking questions, that is why we are all here to understand and learn along the way. It's posts like this that educate players who may not of otherwise known this.

You know, I began playing at Rival more frequently in the last period.Always I read the rules and terms and I think that if into my lobby there's a promo I can get it. Second one, I don't know the various (or 2? 3?) "families"  so it happens I play into the same without knowing.
I'm playing online about 8 years and, believe me, never been called abuser. There are times I play without any promo, cause I prefer to be free, but in these times, money make you play for 15 minutes, so if I get a promo I can play  a little more....I think we all play for winnings, but also for relax and have fun.

Probably I was used to be treated in a different way at other sw casinos.An efficient chat, for example, or clear answers to my questions via mail (for the most part of Rival you write and nobody answers), but when you have to deposit they even call you by phone many times while working...

As I was writing, if I won quite well, in other casinos they emailed me kindly I was cut off from promos or I deserved others more little.This happened for playtech casinos and some RTG.Never at Mg

That's why this way of manage surprises me and I feel it quite rude.

Very well, they have to give me my last 200, and then I can tell I've been paid the entire amount.

So, now, I have to thank in a special way Maxime (support) always very patient and kind with me and also very professional. One of the best (or the really best) customer among all the Rivals I played. He's prepared and has the right answer for any question.Never heard from him: I don't know, Hold on, Have to ask, Pls come in again in a few hours or tomorrow....

On top he has a kind of humor I really do like.

For honesty , and also because I'm going to open a new tread about another Rival, >:D I think it would be better to modify the title avoidin' "bad".

Well, yesterday , after writing this post, I went into Fiz to talk with customer and thank.
But ...my account has been locked !! I don't really understand.
What a crazy world!!
No explanations, of course! Indeed, as my balance was empty, I was intentioned to deposit about 300, without any promo. So I really thing they've lost one good customer....

After all these troubles, and after being accused of so many things, i would be happy to have been paid my winnings and would never return to such a casino. unbelievable you where going to deposit another 300.

I know how they manage.Maybe some of them call you when you have to deposit, they call you more and more...If you win or claim a promotion , music changes.My impression is they also have few working people.
