Gave Genesys Another Try.... but...OMG!!!!!!

OMFG!

The Genesys Group is the ultimate worst casino group ever.   

I have deposited thousands in the last few months.  I don't get promo emails.  I NEVER qualify for the free spins or loyalty points. 

Do they offer me deposit bonuses ?  NOPE!

Every email is ignored.  I think the staff likes the delete button.

I just spoke with Jeremy on the phone.  His reply.  I understand completely and sorry you feel that way.   

I explained their customer service this way.....

If they were a land based casino labeled Casino B.

Me and Pat would walk into casino A and the doorman would open the door for each of us with a Welcome to the casino, enjoy your stay.

Casino B (Genesys) would open the Door For Pat with the greeting and turn their back when I approached the door. 
Guess what?  Jeremy didn't disagree. 

If they were a store, I wouldn't shop there.  Being a casino.. same thing.

Rant over.  They like the delete button.  I obviously am a slow learner, but I learned to use the delete button just now!

Didn't you get a free chip from James a while ago?
I thought he fixed everything for you?
If there the worst, why continue playing there?
Do you cash out frequently?  If so statistics show even an online casino dislikes people who hit the cash out button too often.  Magically once you reach some percent of withdrawal amounts to deposits.  You no longer qualify for any free money in any form, whether it's in the form of a match bonus, free spins, or a free chip.
Just wondering a few things is all

I did make a post expressing my feelings of how this group has gone downhill in terms of customer service, 'invite lists' and such. 

James Matthews did come on LCB, I'm thinking now, to look good, and offered a free chip.  I was impressed and did give them another try, in all fairness to them.

Unfortunately, things got worse. 

Do I cash out a lot?  No.  I cash out $100 here and there.  No thousands of dollars, by any means.

Why do I continue playing there?  I don't.  As I said, I gave them one more try.

I should note.  I did PM James, sent a direct email, and emailed support.  None were answered or acknowledged.  Only then did I post here.

I'm sorry then, just wanted to get a few facts.
Yeah I had a conversation with them a while back about there frequent freebies I kept getting.  I was like why keep sending them to me, telling me I qualify to use it.  When apparently your going to deny me withdrawal an ywho.  Can't' you put me on some internal blacklist to stop getting your maketing spam, whether it's from an affiliate or not.
Long story short, after much arguing and what not.  Knock on d it's been quite some time since I have gotten any form of e-mail, physical mailings, or a phone call from them.
Honestly after that whole ordeal, I wasn't impressed.  I've pretty much crossed them off of my list of casinos that would be in my interest to play.
Granted some day I would love to find a good Bet On Soft casino that pays consistently and doesn't have any bad blood.  Yet so far it's not looking good for that particular software.

Have you tried Platinum Reels? 

I know with Atlantis and Treasure Island, you can redeem off a free chip ONCE.  At least this is what they told me.  Doesn't matter if you deposit  a million times in between.  Didn't care for that rule.
