    has anyone ever tried to use the live chat service here? what a joke. Every time (4 times) i have had to use it i have had to wait approx. 30 to 40 minutes. The service is a JOKE.

    Yep, I am familar with that Chat service, and it is less than helpful. The wait time is always incredibly long too

    When I was dealing with them, which it has been some time now, I used to call them directly. It seemed to be a better way to go.
