- I'm so irritated. I received an e-mail earlier that if I re-buy into the slot tournament at Go Casino for $15.99 they would put a $25 bonus in my account. I chatted with them earlier to claim the bonus. First of all, the min deposit is $25 so I had to deposit the $25 rather than just the $15.99. I then did the re-buy and claimed the bonus. The casino rep told me the bonus would be in my account in "a few hours". This was about 4 hours ago. So I just chatted with another rep and she said it will take 24 to 48 hours for the bonus to show up!! >:(
If I would have known it would take so long to get the thing credited I never would have claimed it. I want to play tonight! Not 24 to 48 hours from now!!
So here's what I told her:
you: I've never played any casino before that it took that long to credit a deposit bonus.
you: I know it's not your fault Gabriela, but I have been hearing some shady things about your casino. I took a chance and deposited to claim the bonus. If I can't get my bonus credited sooner then I won't be depositing with you any more.
you: And there are many other players at latestcasinobonuses.com who are wary of your casino as well.
Gabriela: Is just a time frame, and it can be less, I will try to push your request to be credited in less time.

Amy, sorry you have to go through that. IMO they are definitely shady. There reels slip rather than spinning, it looks like very obvious rigging!!! I deleted them and they still call and try to offer me bonuses and free money and I will not take either. I still have 2 free tournament entries with them, but they can keep them. I asked them to remove me from their system. I don't like them at all!

Oh yes they are not no joke. I was so pissed at them I sent them an email about a chief for online gambling that the U.S. had just hired. I said that they need one to go after you guys because you guys are crooks. It seem the more deposits I put in the more I lost. The slots didnt hit for 2.00 all together. They are shady shady shady! They need to be on the suck wall, matter of fact, I think I make a post about these casinos that suck! Happy Halloween!

They are indeed thieves....That would be Golden, Online Vegas, Go and the new one they are trying to slip in where Golden was..that "Slippery Slots.." or whatever..

They are all the same casino, they are all the same customer service people..call all four numbers and all the same people are answering the phones. Which makes me laugh when some people will say service is better at one of these casinos than the other. They are the same.
Once you catch on to their game..they don't and won't even try to hide it. They have actually taunted their scams, cons and frauds with me since last Aug. and they can do whatever they want and get away with it, there is no kind of protection and no one to turn to when you find out they are nothing more than scammers, frauds and cheats.!!
When you receive an email from the casino staff that tells you that you are indeed being cheated and the tournaments are fixed and they are telling you that you should fight it....it's a little hard not use harsh words!!

There are too many online casinos getting away with way too much and have little or no one to answer to.
I have found a casino I trust. That is an absolute..but that doesn't mean I'm not going to warn others off of a casino group who is giving online casinos a bad name. Why should others have to learn the hard way ...I don't do that to people if I can help.
They lure players in with " free tournaments" and start reeling from there.
I have had emails and phone conversations that have confirmed mis-dealings in several ways from this group...so, sorry if I will not stop telling people when I see they have concerns about this group...they should!!
If I save a few people from my " learning experience "...then at least my experience went to some good!!!!!!
You ladies are definitely right about these guys. They are SHADY for real. I have at least 50 screenshots of hits I didn't get paid on. Most of them happened in tournaments that I entered for free with the free codes- so I didn't make a big fuss about it- but still. Anyways, anybody can tell that their tournaments are fixed- all the good prizes are won by people with ridiculously high scores that you know can't be humanly possible.

I definitely agree that their slots are "rigged."
The sad thing is that most of times I was playing for cash- I had it on autoplay and wasn't really watching closely. So who knows how much they stole from me. Needless to say I never won s**t.
Now they keep calling me like everyday- - check this one out- guy calls me today and says he has a "special" 125% deposit bonus for me. I ask him what the playthrough is and he says 10x. I say I'll think about it . He tells me to write down the code #. I tell him I can't because I'm driving and told him to email it. I get the email and it has a link for the bonus terms and it says 20x playthrough. - "special bonus." The regular bonus is 100% with 10xWR. SHADY!
I could go on but I already spent more time writing about them than they're worth.
The bottom line is CAN'T TRUST EM.
Go, Online Vegas, and Crazy Slots should have one of those warning signs next to the posts about them.

48 business hours from yesterday afternoon means "today at latest it will be credited"? Must be the new math. These people are either really dumb or they think we are really dumb.

I have to say one more thing about this and then I will shut my face!!
I get two definate different feels here.. many of you have had suspicions, feelings of unease or a fowl taste in their mouth about this group..GOLDEN, GO, ONLINE VEGAS AND NEW CRAZY SLOTS. Which by the way, you notice how they started up Crazy Slots within months of telling you that Golden was being sold..given away..I don't care, they think that getting rid of the name Golden ( which has had so many complaints) they will divert the ill feelings they have earned.
And then there are those who want us to chaulk things up and make a " learning experience " out of it and quietly go away, leave it be, let it go...
The thought of this has really gotten me ticked off...are we not supposed to protect each other and say hey, I got your back, this is what they did to me?? Watch out! Stop!
We have ALL had certain experiences at a online casino, we don't like it, we don't want to believe it and it makes us have to rethink the entire possiblility that we can be taken ...
BUT!--I have not seen, ever, a similar occurance where someone from the inside varified, warned and even stated remorse to know that the casinos were cheating. Not only a email, but a phone call where they started out saying..." Hi, Marianne, we see you have not deposited in quite awhile and we'd like to offer you a special deposit bonus "
I could not believe it and said " Do You Have Any Idea Who You Are Calling Right Now???"
and he said " yes, but I can't let them know that I am talking to you about this....."
If we are always going to look the other way, if we are going to say, let them all find out the way I did...then shame on us!!
Yes, I am, was, as we all should be, outraged that these people can carry on.
And yes, they do let someone win once in awhile..they aren't stupid enough to forget to have that happen...I never said they were stupid. They wouldn't still be getting away with it if they hadn't refined their craft of scams, fraud and cons.
There are times when we might wonder, but when the outrageous truth is there to be told, well, I for one, would really want someone to tell me.
AND THERE...Now, I will shut my mouth and " move on ".
i didnt say chalk it up keep quiet...i said it was harsh. . we all appreciate a heads up but calling them frauds and cheats them doesnt get resolution, it gets casinos to ingore you and mods to edit your posts. there's a way to tell us youve had poor experiences and to avoid them and help others choose wisely. we want to hear your good and bad experiences.

There is no resolution with this group. None wanted, none to be found and none that could " fix " anything here.
I know you are a well honored member here 13 but I am not a child and there are times I feel like you are deciding who needs a talkin' to around here..
and I have nothing but respect and admiration for the mods here just like you....

and I stand by it..getting upset doesnt help anything. With so many great sites out there why not suggest a good site then for others to go visit where youve had positive feedback and turn this negative into a postitive?
It is okay to express how you feel. It is part of the recovery process when you have been wronged. Writing how you feel is great therapy and of course some may not agree on how you say things but as long as you are doing what you need to do for yourself it is okay to me. I know for me I have said things and some may not like what I say but they are not you. Its like this, some like the street over there to go down because they feel its gets you there faster and some may go down this road because they feel it a better road, maybe not so crowded, as long as you are getting where you need to be....keeping going down that same road. I think that GO casino is a rogue casino, and I don't play there anymore and I let them know about it and I moved on. I never posted about it in here but now that there is a post I commented, matter of fact I am looking for the email i sent them so you know I wasnt playing with them and let them know it!
