        LoL was just sent an email from Golden Casino to take a survey so I thought I would share my response's to 2 of there questions. If you have read some of my forum comments about Vegas Tech you know this be good.

        7.Was your most recent Customer Service issue resolved within the first phone call, email, or chat session?

        Please let us know more so we can improve our services.

        My son came here from Calif. To visit me and he saw me playing he has his own laptop and registered with his home address in Calif., his e-mail, yes granted he was on my wireless router network but he is 21 and he left yesterday and still hadn't received his LCB bonus he deleted GOcasino from his laptop and yes I know this survey is for golden but GOCasino your sister site and the online chat are the same people because I know I am a depositing member on all the Vegas Tech software sites and frankly your online chat service is the worst.
        If I was at a brick and mortar casino and for the hours of wait time and poor service I received, I would have been comt  a room, food something.
        You all might have picked wrong one to take your survey but I am not the only one that feels this way just go read forum at
        Don't get me wrong Your software in my opinion is one of the best and if it wasn’t for your tournaments all the money and also my girlfriends money (and she spends more than me) would never be deposited in your or your sister sites casinos they be at a Rival casinos.

        9. How else can we improve our Customer Service to better serve you?

        Hire more service people and allow them to give those bonuses out or even better if a customers wait time from time they contact live chat to time they are asked “please allow me a few moments to verify your account” (hate that freakin auto line) you give $1 bonus for every 5mins.
        Remember without us you have no business and so what if you give someone $5 bonus myself and my girlfriend have spent thousands at your casinos and never withdrew nothing always put it back or the main thing we do is buy into tournaments because we love them.

        I am very DOWN on this casino group since they sent me a rubber check.  I have bet thousands with them....but no more.
