          SOOOOooo... yah I am a depositor at golden lounge microgaming casino I tried to sign up through the link from lbc.com but couldnt so i downloaded it from there site anywhooooo.... I wanted the free spins which OF COURSE got rejected for heres the thing i recieved a new message from them saying about the free spins that they are now for new and existing players so i logged on to argue that i should get 40 spins cause i have deposited 100 dollars and NO LIVE CHAT!!! ok they claim to have 24/7 live chat.... haha ok so i said ill call...... 1-888- WOW LINES CUT!!! hmmm so i say to myself how good do i feel about being their depositor not so good heres the message I left them

          I am not only dissapointed that your live chat is off especially considering you claim to be open 24/7 but I was more shocked that the canadian number when i tried to call was temporarily disconnected it makes me feel very unsure about the casino as a depositor!!           OK so i heard back ... wow was i shocked... to the lengthly email i sent them i got one back saying were soory for the inconvienience however you need to make more deposits to qualify for the bonus... WHAT... I feel as though they should credit the spins especially because they have no begining to thier promo they have a end date but no beginning date WTH!!! so i finally got live chat and asked the lady what was wrong with the phone she just said oh tech difficulties... no explanation or reason i told her i will not be depositing any more that im not compfortable with her reply to this matter her reply... oh ok ... im sooooo done with these people i sent a message to golden lounge telling them that i will not be making any more deposits due to thier inability to make me feel compfortable as a client or a depositor and that they should invest on training thier staff to make better use of thier manners. I know there are alot of good casinos out there but this is not one of them thats for sure it even took them 2days to give me my 3rd deposit bonus they are crooks and scammers in my eyes I will NOT ever deposit here again!!!

          Hi:-) i had the same problem. if i did register an account at golden lounge, they had a  promo of 25 freespins if you do your first deposit. i did deposit ca.21 usd and did ask live chat, why i didn't got my freespins. theire answer was, that the promotion is expired and not available for me. i think i lost my time and money there:-( i will never deposit there again, because i'm sure that the promo was actually and not expired! i think a respectable casino would have more interest in the satisfaction of the customers!!!

          Hi Erin and Jsc,

          It amazes me with the amount of competition that is out there for online casinos, to be treated so poorly. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. Informing players about poor customer service is the best thing you can do. As a result it will keep alot of players from depositing at these casinos.

          in conclusion to my story I got a message from them abot the free spins they said if i made 1 more deposit of 20 i woud get the free spins that EXACTLY what they said and considering all the problems with them i had i was extremely hesitant but i thought ok one last deposit i figured they were going to give me more than 5 free spins for all the crap they put me through but they only gave me 5.......TOTAL WINNINGS.....drumroll please.......$0.30!!!    30 cents HAHAHA my god!!!!! i was pissed and got a hold of live chat i was on hold for 24min exactly they didnt even appologize for the wait and when I said what the hell about the long wait her exact response was oh tech difficulties I.T departments working on it... my exact words """"LOL wow your stupid casino and all your tech problems your casino is a joke I would like my free spins replaced i won a total of 30 cents what the hell........ she plain out said NO!!! cant do that then I simply said that I want to be compensated for thier poor tech dept... thier SHITTY promos that explain next to nothing and thier ABSURD rudeness of thier live chat reps she again said NO!! is there anything else i can help you with.... hahaha wow...
