Ok, I have two thing...one a question...
Anyone having problems communication with Club World Casino?
I play there all the time, and although I did receive my loyalties, I sent in my documentation
Friday. Been emailing about 6 times to support, cashier, like it says, and Lauren (promotions host) just for the hell of it...usually always get reponse from her.
Well still hearing NOTHING. Called chat numerous times, waited, waited...no answer. And i am NOT happy, because I sent over my personal docs, and all i wanted was an acknowledgement that they received them, and put them on file for me; and if there was anything else they need. Still no email, late Saturday night, I received answers from rogue casinos immediately that i do business with, and this is really putting a bad taste in my mouth.
So just for the hell of it....I went into my SPAM bucket to see if anything was there, NOTHING...which brings me to part two of this...the good part:
I always receive my email from Jackpot Capitol, and all my free bonuses, and raffles, but there was one in my SPAM. so I got a nice freebie they put in there tonight, so just wanted to say...hey, maybe if you get bored enough, check your spam file...maybe there is something in there your not expecting! good luck suny 8)
