    Hello there gamblers.I don't know where to post this.I hope there is no problem I posted here.
    I have a small problem with this casino.Two days ago here on the forum I found a no deposit bonus code for 10 free spins on Immortal Romance.When I tried to log I saw that my account was blocked.I talked to them on live chat and they said they will check this for me.Since then nothing happened and they keep saying that my account is on verification process already.Has this happened to anyone before?It's frustrating they closed my account with no reason.

    It didn't happen to anyone I know, just send an email to their support, live chat sometimes is pretty crap. If they locked your account then they probably had a reason to do so - multiple accounts or something like that?  All you can do is to wait for their answer anyway..

    At first they said there was an error with their server.I am sure that I won't get any response from them.Anyway...I will never deposit to play there.If I have a problem logging in, imagine how long will it take to withdraw my money if I would have a problem with that.

    Several days ago my account was blocked too. I thought I forgot my password and requested pass changing. Account did not worked for some days and I contacted support by e-mail. They had activated my account and I got my free spins. Today I have tried ligging in, but account does not work again!

    In future with these type of cases if you feel you have done no wrong doing to have your account closed please contact myself or one of the mods via private message and supply us with your casino username. Once then we can contact the rep to look into the matter.
