Unfortunately some of these CS agents are undertrained and not too bright. And to say the code was "hacked" when it clearly has our name's abbreviation is plane stupid.

Ok they might not know what LCB stands for, but that doesn't exonerates them for not being informed or for making  wild accusations that only makes them look dumb.

With this said, I would not judge this casino too quickly just because of this one incompetent person. We will contact their casino representative about this, thats for sure.

I also received invalid code when I tried it after downloading.  I did find some free spins and used that coupon, so they probably won't credit me now anyway, but thought I would add that I had the problem, and I used the link on LCB

Well, I hope that everyone will get their bonus. Casino rep on the forum sounds really helpful and I hope that they will fix this issue asap!

The coupon worked for me, yet the only issue I have with the casino.  Is the laggy spins.  I got tired of waiting 10 plus seconds for a spin to register.  Until they upgrade there servers, I'm not going to continue playing their.

Still not had my free bonus not impressed at all with them :|
