I've assigned this to a new topic.
Unfortunately some of these CS agents are undertrained and not too bright. And to say the code was "hacked" when it clearly has our name's abbreviation is plane stupid.
Ok they might not know what LCB stands for, but that doesn't exonerates them for not being informed or for making wild accusations that only makes them look dumb.
With this said, I would not judge this casino too quickly just because of this one incompetent person. We will contact their casino representative about this, thats for sure. -

This being said, the chat was not handled in the correct way and I can assure you that this is NOT the way that we deal with our valued players. The matter is currently being addressed.

I also received invalid code when I tried it after downloading. I did find some free spins and used that coupon, so they probably won't credit me now anyway, but thought I would add that I had the problem, and I used the link on LCB

Yes Chilly contact live chat and explain that it never tracked you from LCB. There is still a problem adding the bonus's but they will email me when bonus is added they said. -
