        Just wondering if anyone has had a withdrawl experience via bank wire with Grand Fortune? I requested a withdrawl late Oct 31st. I received the usual automatic email and have not had any other notice since. I emailed banking support regarding a reduced fee offered by the casino rep some time ago, emailed the rep over 24 hours ago and no reply. I went on live chat this morning and received very jilted response to my questions and was told there were system issues and the payout would be processed today.
        I typically have great customer service experiences here but now and again there are a couple of reps that are not nearly as kind and helpful, maybe it is due to many people asking about their withdrawls. May be nothing to worry about but whenever I request a first time withdrawl I am always worried of them potential of run around.
        Any feedback would be great.

        Hi Dory,

        I can understand your concern especially since it is your first withdrawal. This casino has a good reputation and we have not had any serious issues with them. Be a bit longer patient, it always takes longer when it is a first time cash-out.

        As far as I recall we havent had any cash-out complaints about this brand. So you should be fine.

        I play here some times. I never had any issues with them. They seem pretty good, CS wise. I usually call them up and we have a great time talking on the phone. Very friendly people...
