        I don't understand any casino telling you they are going to give you money if your deposit and bonus don't win. It's like they are planning on you not winning. So save your first deposit youll be money ahead. Just sayin!

        Things like these make me put casino bonus at the bottom of my list of priorities when i choose a casino to play. If i get something for free thats cool, but if i dont its still cool because i played the casino in which i enjoy cool games, knowledgable CS and fast withdrawals.

        But if they dont want to give you something and they advertise lies like this, its an outrage that is best punished by not depositing there anymore. Even if they failed to update the lobby its still their mistake and puts a perspective on a quality of their casino.

        Taaa it is their loss because they no longer have a good depositing customer. I think what adds insult to injury is how lowly the live chat handled it. Instead of at least trying to justify it, he pretty much ignores what you are saying.

        If this was a first time complaint you think he would of said please hold. But this guy seemed all to familiar with the complaint and had a quick answer. Definitely a shady operation and a NO NO casino to play at!

        To be quite frank lips now that you mentioned it, that CSR looks more to me like he is uninformed about what free chips and in which circumstances he can give and that he had no clue about what taadaa was talking about untill he pasted him the message Thats my impression.

        True, but he was not uniformed when it came to giving a lousy accuse that it was an expired promo from 2011. Seems to me they inform them real quick on what to say when it comes to denying an offer. Would be nice if they educated the staff on all phases not just the ones that will deny a player.

        Then it's just a ruse to get you to deposit.  I'm guessing you never would have deposited 3 times if it showed only $10 for the 3rd free chip.  It is so wrong that they can just get away with this.

        I agree with Blue, why couldn't they of just forked up the extra 10?..and i also agree with Lips,they are losing a big time depositor, not to mention the 45,000 strong members of this site, most of who that read and trust the words of our members experiences.. even if it was expired or so they say, promotions can be withdrawn at any time BUT for good business purposes customers should be compensated and site operators should be fully aware so they don't look as if they are just making it up as they go along.. you deposited on the advertisement which is STILL valid to us as customers.. i have the same ad, the excuse to not let you have a measly 20 chip as being no longer valid is nothing but shady...

        That is just plain wrong TAAADAAA! Glad you posted that chat here, shows the CSR did not care one wit and he said he asked his manager who obviously did not care either. I know I will not deposit with them after this.

        Perhaps if enough of us just closed our accounts with them telling them this is the reason, that perhaps they might just start caring a bit more.
