        Is this casino group spamming everyone's email with the same no deposit chip offer?  I have read a bit on the forums about this group on the forums.  Has anyone actually cashed out? I know their only withdraw method was wire transfer.

        So far, I've deposited at grandparker and onbling.  Their customer service has been courteous and professional.  I'm waiting for cashout at grandparker and just sent in security docs to onbling.  Actually, I don't expect problems but we'll see.

        Bank wire is still only withdraw method. The rep today told me that even though they are all sister casinos, they operate as separate entities and employ different staff.  You have to send docs andfaxback to each casino you opened account with.  Also, if you send in docs, save in .png format because they have mailbox size limits.

        I had to send separate email for each doc.

        I did deposit then Documents approved I gave  a withdrawal request.I wanted to check out a week later to sign but I could not login.able to learn from one live help:

        That is probably what happened ... they are all starting to operate in the same manner .. win a bunch and get banned for no good reason except that you happened to get lucky. What a crock of you know what!

        also play many casino.never encountered anything like it.There is only one neteller account and I use it all the casino or betting transactions to.I do not know what kind of talk about multiple accounts.They did pay me 5 months ago(locapanda). two casino same neteller account and used the same e-mail account.I did not open another account.purpose is to tell the injustice done to me.I can not do anything else with them

        They said you set up multiple accounts to get multiple no deposit bonuses. I really cant follow what your saying other than you only have one neteller account. They are saying you set up more than 1 casino account.
