  • Is this casino group spamming everyone's email with the same no deposit chip offer?  I have read a bit on the forums about this group on the forums.  Has anyone actually cashed out? I know their only withdraw method was wire transfer.

  • So far, I've deposited at grandparker and onbling.  Their customer service has been courteous and professional.  I'm waiting for cashout at grandparker and just sent in security docs to onbling.  Actually, I don't expect problems but we'll see.

The rep today told me that even though they are all sister casinos, they operate as separate entities and employ different staff.  You have to send docs andfaxback to each casino you opened account with.  Also, if you send in docs, save in .png format because they have mailbox size limits.

    I had to send separate email for each doc.

    That is probably what happened ... they are all starting to operate in the same manner .. win a bunch and get banned for no good reason except that you happened to get lucky. What a crock of you know what!
