        Get this.  On august 27 i get an email for happy anniversary from Grande Vegas.  I have been with grande vegas five or six years.  well the code looks like another code they gave me in june.  I thought they were recycling codes so i log in and try the code that is for $100.  It says already redeemed.  I contact them and say i am having a problem redeeming code.  They said i redeemed it  june 29. now mind you i have the email from them from june.  The rep. tells me that they made a mistake sending out the emails with the same codes, but unfortunately i dont get an anniversary freebie.  I then respond that the error was on their part not mine.  I asked her if i would still get an anniversary freebie. she put me on hold forever and then tells me that i dont qualify for a freebie at this time, but i can check out their promotions page with deposit bonuses.  this isnt about qualifying for a freebie. this is about them sending me two codes twice. admitting their mistake, and finally they dont fix it. so i do  not get an anniversary  bonus this year.  they are really going down hill.

        Not very good customer service to send a personal email and then not honor it.
        Same thing has happened to me in the past, not with Grande Vegas.

        I was really loving GV but.... I do think they shower you with good service when you START depositing.  After a few months of depositing.... it kind of goes away.

        For instance, after my first 2 deposits, I 'yippee' won the 'random' weekly drawing for a free chip.  Nadda after the next 10 deposits.

        It was obviously their mistake to send that email in the first place, so they should have honored it...

        is this a no deposit $100 bonus or a depost match ? if its the former then I would accept it was a mistake, although if you definitely have two seperate emails received a whole month apart yet containing the same bonus code, that does seem very strange, even for a mistake .... they could have honoured it if only for those who got in touch. If it was the latter, a deposit match bonus, they definitely should have honoured it, no excuses.
