I know that it is a little long but i need some feedback

For ask200 bonus, refer back to the page link you posted-it's pretty explanatory, and they mention confusion with the support and suggest you email for the correct terms.  Since you got the code on another forum, contact the admins there for help if you still have questions.

But for the other, standard bonus, support started out in the right direction but I think your questions were too fast, maybe, and the two promos kind of got intertwined there.  Support isn't always right, and if you aren't clear, go back at a different time and try again.  But be patient, even if you know they are wrong.  If you still think they are wrong, get the official version in an email-quote their own page and forward the part of the support chat that was in question.
