        I apologize if this is posted under the wrong section but I am so frustrated with this casino group I can't see straight. After 11+ years depositing a LOT with these people, this is what I get when I try to claim my Birthday bonus as promised to all KING tier players:

        Sorry for that and a happy birthday anyway:-) 
        i did do some deposits there since they changed theire software,and i was to eligible to redeem freebies.
        After i made a withdrawal from a freebie ( 250 usd ) i'm not longer eligible to redeem freebies. only match bonuses;-(
        i did one deposit more to look if im eligible again, but nothing. so i think i will to not get a freebie from them on my bday tomorrow, we will see:-)
        i wish you luck to get your bday freebie, but i don't think they will appreciate your past deposits:-( greetings josie

        I used to rank much higher before the software change over, when I was depositing $500. twice a week, but they
        are lucky I deposit once a week with a $50-$100 deposit now.  This hardly allows me the same position as it did over a year ago.

        When I play some other casinos, the status changes on a month to month basis.  You really need to check the terms before you get so mad at the casinos, because it is usually spelled right out.

        You cannot expect to be a NON depositing player, and have an old status carry you..
