Grandprive Warning! steals money, dont pay and treats you very bad...

Hi, i create this thread to warn all people about GrandPrive group. In the past they could have been good group, but now they arent.

Ive deposited to Lake Palace 20 dollars, when i deposited they instantly made a match of 100, so i got 40 dollars to play. I lost them in 1 hour or so. Then later i realized the auto match, had an 800 dollars playthrough, yes... 800 dollars to being able to cashout from a 20 only dollars deposit, if i knew this, i wouldnt even want the 100% match, i would play with only 20 dollars and see what happens from there... but they automatically adapted my 20 dollars deposit to 40. That is the first problem i had with them.

Now, since ive deposited and become a jack tier ive received an invite for my birthday day , i won 18.96 usd with this invite free spins, then i met a 1000 usd playthrough with those 18.96... that wasnt easy at all to do. I won real cash later, like 140 usd. Stated at balance as real cash, so i played some at lake palace, and lost 10 usd.

I decided to use their transfer to sister casinos method 130 usd, i transfered them to Bella Vegas casino. There i played without any bonus match at all, since it was real cash. I lost some, won some, and ended with 108 real cash.

So, i wanted to withdrawl 100 usd the min you can withdrawl.

What happened?

They denied my withdrawal and voided all my winnings, because they said to me i used a bonus without depositing 25 usd more to my account. That they dont tell you even when you make your first purchase. So i didnt even know this.

And more, if u met a bonus, u need to met the 25 usd purchase too, so if 20 dollars are 800 usd think about a 25 dollars deposit, or a 50 or 100 deposit... u need to playthrough like 4000 usd with a 100 dollars deposit. What kind of casino does that to you? As far as i know, only Grandprive now.

They now voided all my 108 usd , and left my account with 0 usd and 0 LP.

I hope this helps people to know how GrandPrive is working today, with deposits and cashins. And hope it gets a warning sign at LCB someday. Because im sure this didnt happen to me only, it happened to a lot of ppl that deposits and dont even know they playthrough they need to meet, the crazy playthrough.

And even if u meet a bonus they dont pay you out.

I have sent like 20 emails, chatted like 30 times, they said they wont pay me anything. And that they voided all my cash, and finished the chat saying:

If you want to deposit again contact us and we will give you an amazing match ! Have a good night Bye!

And closed the chat.

This was my experience at the Grandprive group.

This group of casinos has a warning on them but thanks for the further info.  Definitely steer clear of this group.
