        I gave you toll free number to get a promo code, or the support email address.

        That is what they listed in the letter.  Maybe chat is not aware of this.

        Maybe this is only available to High Rollers, I don't know.  But I would call, or email if I were you, and wanted an account.
        They are given one to me.

        all codes are the same tho she said.......so im all confused
        did you have a code nal? because when i try to register it just asks me for a code......it all was going great til then    im leaving window up in case you have a code  lol  i would love to be able to play there

        i have an account at red flush and i live in washington state, usa. red flushes usemywallet withdrawals have both times i have withdrawn that way been completed and in my usemywallet account within like 24 hours from the time i request the withdrawal. on the other hand if you request a bank wire be prepared as it WILL taklw about 5 - 6 days to appear in your account after you request your withdrawal because it is coming all the way from southern  africa.

        I couldn't registered either. I'm sure many of us US player have been wanting to be  able to play at the microgaming casino.
        Just a thought:
        Zuga, can we do a "petition" or something  together to let them change this? With the large and strong community like this, may be they would reconsider? Anyone has more ideas?

        I'm sorry, I just wrote exactly what the letter said from RED FLUSH to me..

        they outright lied to me.  I cannot believe they put their lies in writing.

        Sorry for getting your hopes up, but I am really sorry that this casino is full of crap.

        I totally do not understand it.  I have the letter right in front of me.  It contradicts everything their support emailed me.

        The person who wrote the letter was confirmed to work for them, but they tell me the letter is a mistake.

        They send a letter, and a plastic card (coupon) good for No Deposit $25, and 100% up to 100, which the would not honor.

        We went back and forth for over a week.  I was going to make a deposit, until, they outright lied to me.

        I have never seen a Microgaming Casino behave like this before.
