No surprises you are having troubles with Palace of Chance they are renowned for it! They make winning very frustrating and suck all the fun out of it. Anyway enough bitchin bout them.

Why dont you send a message to Ingrid in the direct casino support section of this forum. Although she is the Prism Aff she will be able to look into the problems you are having and either help you sort them out or put you in direct contact with the Manager of POC.

I have been waiting 12 business days already for a cashout on a nonrestricted bonus. I know I followed all the rules and sent my verificatoin paperwork in way in advance. Now they won't even talk to me. What do I do? I thought the Palace of Chance was on of the reputable ones?

Call them on the toll free line and ask for Kyle and when he gets on the phone.Explane this to him.He will get it fixed for you.If you can't get him on the phone,let me know and i'll give you his Direct # so you can talk with him.

Anyway, do you have any tips on a non paying RTG casino(Palace of Chance) which i have deposited at, managed to play through the required amount, sent in my id etc etc but still waiting 3/4weeks on?
I have over $300 in my cashier showing as available to withdraw so i initially tried to withdraw the full amount - this was denied so i contacted live support and was advised as id used a free chip (although i have deposited a few times previously) the max cashout was $100. I therefore made a withdrawal request for $100 and was advised i had to send all the relevant id etc. I have now sent all the i.d. required and have an email confirming all ok. I spoke with live support and asked how long they thought it would be  - was told a month(!!!????!!!) .
Its now been about a month - Ive sent 2 x emails asking for update on my withdrawal, i get an automated response saying they are dealing with my mail and will get back to me shortly .....low and behold they DON'T.
I've been looking into dodgy casino's on line and spotted PALACE OF CHANCE listed which is just typically. I was advised by another forum to speak to the affiliate where i downloaded the casino from/ followed a link to the casino and see if they can help so here i am.

Palace of Chance is far from reputable..It took me about 5 weeks to get my $1000 withdrawal from them..Be prepared to wait a lot longer!

5 weeks!!! From Palace of Chance? You did good for yourself. ! and that's being honest and literal. I've had to wait almost 3 months one time for a similar site to pay me. This case was the longest I ever had to wait...but trust me never again...nothing that i would have to wait over 2 weeks to get paid. And with casino sites that now pay within 48hrs...why would I go to these sites? oh i know cuz its fun having to worry whether you are going to get paid or not day after day...and knowing support doesn't know what to say to you and so they give you this spiel of a run around just to stall for time...and you choose to believe them because if you didn't you wouldn't have a peace of mind. and as each day goes by it seems like everything becomes more and more sensitive and fragile...as now you are worried and think they are looking for any excuse not to pay you...so as much as you want to give them an earful of profanity for all the lies and for beating around the bush all the time..u don't! You suck it up..and you remain as calm and be as nice as you can be...as not to give them anything they could use against you....imagine...2 weeks to 3 months of this? for what? is your sanity really worth it?..even after you finally do receive your money...such a bad taste has been left by them i would never go back except to say, now that i got my money, all the things i wanted say before "you bunch of lying..#@%$#(%& ...all the things you put me through, if you think for one moment you would see another dime from me - HA! u cwaazzzy..Oh Is there anything else you can assist me with? yes..please kiss my a**!

i played at palace of chance wa told they werent related to prizm or wild vegas untrue anyway the jist is i won big they pay once a month and they go thru different countries to do it.  They will take all your winnings if you win big if you dont keep playing cuz they can only send a max of 2000.00 a month so you wait in line and they will use every excuse in the book and then start getting rude  give it up girl dont play there again. They made it where my husband and i fought for two straight months because i believed in them and spent our house money to go see my daughter in Oregon and never got my money.
