Help Vegasregal won't pay 13500 Jackpot win

I won there not for the first time, first time they paid fast , I trusted them played slots won 13500 playing Sevens and Bars, they paid 2000 out of it and then stopped paying.

They sent me an email they don't pay due to irregular game pattern, I did not use any trick.

I placed 15 a spin in Sevens and Bars and won the Jackpot.

The deposit was of 500 bonus was of 250 max cashout was 100 times bonus and Sevens and Bars was a game you may play

I saw this webiste promote Vegasregal, I hope somebody may help

"irregular game pattern! just sounds like an excuse to me.  I would be asking for details as to which part of your play they consider to be an irrgeular game pattern.  I cannot see any other reason for them not to pay you.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to contact the rep for this site for some time and therefore, I can't offer help.

Have you complained to them?

I just saw Vegasregal is being promoted at this website so I thought to my self there are good relations with the Casino. If you say they do not answer and also dont pay, I believe this place is not reliable and one day will not pay advertisers as well so maybe if he see all advertiser threat his business he might pay everybody won in their casino.

I submitted complaint to casinomeister and askgamblers, to casinomeister they didnt answer and they are also blacklisten in his website so he couldnt help, Noluckneeded which is also an advertiser tried to help with no success.

I think you should complain to Vegas Regal and tell them you are telling all the forums that they don't pay.

Just don't let go and keep on at them.

I am not so sure what they mean by 'irregular game pattern' but whatever that might be they did pay you the portion of the winning so why all of sudden?
I can't think of anything but very fishy.
I too suggest you to keep complaining and talking to them before they keep trying to finding more excuses.

Before I went to the forum and Casinomeister  I contacted Vegas Regal.

They do not let me talk to the Casino Manager and live chat just know to repeat the decision.

I did not take screenshot, thats maybe the problem that I trust those casinos too much


Vegasregal does not deny the winnings and they paid 2000 of my multiple cashouts after I won the Jackpot and all of sudden stopped paying , sent me this Email, they kept my account open putting there the deposit only of 500.

The 2000 they paid was paid slowly, not like before when I won and they paid smoothly and fast to build turst with me.

I consider it a very bad behavior from first degree, I still see website including here that promote them , those people can be dangerous if you win medium to big


My only mistke is that I played with them although they were blacklistet at Casinomeister

i have never hade any problem with payouts from vegas regal.
but now i havent play ther for some time.im sorry that you dont get paid.
maybe something its going on with this casino,because before i get a lot of frechip,now i get NOTHING.

Vegals regal gotten a really bad rep lately seen alot of problems at CM also.

I think leaving USA market seriously hurting many casinos and that could be the one of reasons why...

I just am stunned by this turn of events. Had anyone asked me, I'd have said "Always trust VR" Sadly this has changed....for the worst. Now, I am kind of glad USA isn't allowed with Rivals...

They take your money so fast and easy but when its time to cashout its a nightmare !

Ouch! Keep at em as long as you can, and every which way you can, even if you get tired of repeating yourself. Do try to keep lines of communication open. Hopefully you'll find someone that will hear you and make it right. If you do find someone who can help you, point out that it's obvious they are getting out of paying, and $2000 is hardly enough for anyone to want to settle for with that large amount. I can't swallow everyone's sweetheart of a casino turning so ugly. Wonder if those aliens took over the staff! (not trying to be funny, it's a long story) Good luck to you!
