Help with 21 Grand/ Supreme Play ?

        I'm not sure where else to turn for help at this point.  I know LCB has offered a contest through supreme play before but not sure if you are in contact with any of their representatives.

        I've had some amazing luck at supreme play and withdrawn quite a bit.  I deposit a ton as well so never really thought much of it.  But about a month ago my account was locked at both 21 grand and supreme play.  I've been told it's due to bonus abuse...Which if a bonus was offered I'd take it.  Though I made so many deposits without a bonus I can't even count. 

        If they want to lock my account that's their decision.  The problem I have now is I had a $475 withdrawal with 21 grand and a $1400 from supreme play pending at the time my account was locked.  I've contacted support numerous times through email and chat and have been able to only confirm that my account is locked and can get no information regarding my withdrawals.

        I was hoping someone on here could help me with this.  If not, at least it's a warning to others on a casino that I had previously had nothing but good things to say about.

        my accts were also locked at these two places and recently just found out box24 locked my acct also, dont know the reason why, problly just for the same reason as you said above. 
        I know how you feel now that you had a pending withdrawal there, they will pay you even thou your accounts were locked (supreme play did that on my acct), the question is about when they will pay (supreme play paid me in 3 weeks from $300 withdrawal)

        And I really wouldn't have a problem with 3 weeks if they would just say I was going to get my withdrawals.  At this point I'm just getting the run around from them.  I don't like when emails go unanswered and support says they are going to forward stuff to account managers and you don't hear anything back.

        Hi Billy,

        I got this back "if he emails support for those casinos he will get swift response".  I then replied saying that you had already done that and I got an out of office response back immediately.  I will be sending another message to another contact named in the auto response.

        Thought I would just update you.

        Thanks very much blue.  Yes I have emailed them.  I emailed them on 9/2, 9/13, 9/14 (in response to the email I received) and again on 9/23.

        So far I've only gotten 1 response on 9/14 that said my account had been locked for bonus abuse.  But nothing regarding my withdrawals.  I still don't understand why they wouldn't just not offer any more bonuses or just bonus ban me like the other rivals normally do.  And to withhold my withdrawals?  That really stings.

        I finally got some closure on this account and I'm going to share a little about it.  Hopefully it will stop someone from going through what I had to go through in the future.

        As I shared before, both casinos (which are sister casinos) locked my accounts at the same time.  I had a withdrawal request open with each at the time.  Support wouldn't give me any answers regarding my withdrawals and would only tell me I abused bonuses as to the reason my accounts were locked.

        I had no clue what bonuses I had abused or how I had abused them at the time.  So I kept asking to be contacted by an account manager and kept getting nothing.  After tracking down quite a few different emails and going through every method I could think of I finally got in contact with someone that set up a phone call with me and an account manager. (This is nearly 3 months later)

        They say I've had my account locked because I made 3 withdrawals in the past right at or near the %100 bonus threshold. (Though I've made a ton of deposits) The player manager was very nice and we had a pretty lengthy conversation.

        In the end. I'm getting $500 of the original $1875. He said there is no way to prove I wasn't using a 3rd party software to know my bonus thresholds and I'm receiving some of the money because it was their fault for not stopping it sooner. He also said that originally he was told by his boss to give nothing but my deposits back. Which would have been only $50.

        I'm happy to be receiving something...After 3 months $50 would have been a slap in the face. But I still feel I did nothing wrong and if they didn't want me to play with bonuses they should have just bonus banned me.  I also have to warn that of the money they confiscated, the $1400 withdrawal had no bonus taken.  They say that by some error my play fell through the cracks and my account should have been locked long before.  So I'm out $1375 in the deal for taking bonuses and not playing well over the %100 WR threshold. 

        Figured I'd let everyone know.  I really did enjoy these 2 casinos for a while.  In fact, I remember recommending them to a few people.  But beware.  They have some rules in their terms and agreements that allow them to take your money without explanation.  Shown below.

        1.3.2. You acknowledge hereby that the Casino is not obliged to give you prior notice of its decision to refuse, deregister or exclude or suspend you, nor to furnish you with any reasons for such decision.

        1.4. Consequences of Deregistration, Exclusion or Suspension

        1.4.1. If we deregister or exclude or suspend you from the Casino we shall have the right to:

        1.4.1.1. withhold payment to you of any contested funds whether such contested funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free monies, casino credits, payouts or the like;

        This is awful Billy. I have been following your case and I see it as they are just plain thiefs.
        The reason they gave you at the end is only lies, but they couldn't find any other reason probably. Winning is not okey at their casinos.
        You are not the only one they are stealing money from and I suggest that this forum will set up a warning for these casinos.

        Unbelievable that they took your money from a non bonus deposit. Appears they may be going rogue. I knew Rivals were extremely strict and hard to deal with but didn't think any of them were actually rogue until now.

        You took the words right out of my mouth.
        This is the straw that broke the camels back.
        Supremeplay and 21Grand should without ANY doubt be rogued for this.
        There should be a warning sign here at LCB too.

        I do not have accounts there because my country is bonusbanned by default, and now I'm glad I never played there.

        I feel sorry for you Billy and I hope you receive that 500.- soon.

        These terms you posted, holy cow, now thats a FU clause if ever I saw one!
        It basically says we can do anything we want whenever we want and there's nothing you can do about it.

        I learned the hard way about a wd from supreme...I had thought all was well until they started throwing up roadblocks to collecting. After I spent it I told them to stop emailing me their so-called "Great Deals" and after many emails demanding such to stop they finally did...

        Scum, pure scum and not ever to be trusted.
