        Today, I thought about depositing and playing Slots of Vegas....however, I know that I  had multiple accounts and wanted to square things up before I deposited so that if I had won, they could not find a reason not to pay me. So I went to live chat to take care of this and this is how it went down......

        God he was so rude! Yes I had multiple accounts....however, only played on one of those and redeemed 2 free chips, that's it. I really was going to make a deposit but too bad, after that they will never see me there.  If they handle situations that way what would have happened if I really won big.....I hate to try to imagine.  I think I will stick to the Microgaming casinos.....they pay faster and there really is no hassle when you cash out.  RTG seems to have too many issues...sure the free chips are great, but when you win they always find a reason not to pay! I had been a regular depositor at Coolcat and when I tried to cash out a win with a free $100 chip they took the winnings and the balance of $840 out of my account and i never saw a dime. Let me know what you guys think about this thing with Slots of Vegas.  That guy Mark really has no business interacting with customers.  He must have been having a bad day, but geez, he was SO RUDE!!!!!!!

        rtg casinos- which most of them belong to the virtual group including SOV have very bad reputations for acting like that and finding excuses not to pay- i was locked out of vip lounge casino cause i won over $22,000 on random jack pots playing with a free chip ! It would probably be best not to deposit at them - only play with free chips for fun - i play at most of them with free chips because i am not allowed to play at any microgaming sites because i am from a restricted state in the USA !

        come on, be honest..what did you expect them to say..of course there is no excuse for their rudeness, and yes they have crappy customer support, but you did open multiple accounts and yet u went to live chat and admitted  u broke their rules....

        That was a bit abrupt but have to agree with Zuga, to be honest I'm suprised that Mark T. suggested he might keep one of your accounts open if you make immediate deposit ( I always imagined that opening multiple accounts ends up with nondisputible ban and confiscation of your entire winnings.)

        i agree those guy have to put up with alot of bullcrap from people BUT like i always said " they wanted the job so lets make them work " there allways ways around them.. but i can't tell sorry...........
