So, I contacted support. Copied and pasted the email.  Support could see the email but claimed there was no offer of $30.

Am I crazy or am I correct that the email states contact them for $30?

                Looks pretty cut and dry to me Gabby.    If you copied it verbatim I don't see where they could dispute it.    Maybe you need to go directly to Jace or someone high up in support.  Good luck.

I got the same e-mail from this casino but they didn't offer me a 30 free no deposit bonus. good luck

Sounds like you need to send them some answers on those questions they asked, and than they would send you a 30 NDB code. At least thats how I interpret it. So I suppose you need to reply to that mail in order to get those free chips, not just simply to contact their live support.

"....we will send the special code to claim your $30 free bonus"  Crystal clear - $30 free bonus but I'm thinking you might have to send them the feedback.  That said, they are now denying all knowledge of this free bonus.  Don't waste your time there; I don't think you will get it whether you answer their questions or not..

yes i think it's kinda of feedback or what we called Enquete in the netherlands. by your answers they can improve their company to satisfies you. they are kind thou to give you a freebie but i think you should ask them about the TnC before using it.
