In light of recent events, we at xxxxxxxx have decided to remove the Virtual Group of casinos from our online casino blacklist.
As one of the oldest Real Time Gaming casino groups around, the Virtual Group have a long history of slow payment and lack of open communication. However, we have reason to believe that they are taking a new approach to doing business.
What casinos are affected by this change?

The following casinos will no longer be placed in the xxxxxxxxx blacklist: Cool Cat Casino, Club Player Casino, Palace of Chance, Wild Vegas Casino, Cirrus Casino, Prism Casino, Slots of Vegas and VIP Lounge Casino

and it goes on a little bit more.....

So what´s Your point in this?
I say, great IF they can live up to expectations, if not.....

oh man,  these casinos will pay within three months every time.....unless you win more than a couple grand and they will revert to the good old "any reason to kick you to the curb" clause which is clearly posted in their terms and conditions..........they are full of crap as soon as they said "we have reason to believe"  that means nothing has changed except somebody got paid to take them off the list....it is not worth the hassle......you can tell how rogue a group may be by the offers and bonuses they offer....if it sounds too good to be true it is

Heh would be interesting to know what the reasons are and what new approach they are taking. Are they under new management or have they suddenly had a guilty concious for the way they treated players?

Since I LOVE and prefer those games that they offer, I would really be happy if they finally had cleaned up their acts and are sincere.....I say "I beleive it when I see it" and they could win over alot of us if they succeed, I think!
....and now I actually see more and more of those "Receive 300% matchbonus with no wagering requirements" and that is tempting for many of us or?.....I mean, ...at the end of the day they still walk away with "dough" to their banks while we never know!
And for the average player that deposit maybe $50 or so....that´s nice to know that You have all in a sudden $200 to gamble with......insted of the regular 50-100%, that is a big difference in my eyes!.....or am I being blind?

Bah i got screwed once and not readily willing to give them another chance. Will have to read a complete turn around from players at this forum before i would even give them an inch of trust.

ray charles, micke , and stevie wonder............all great musicians who appear to have very bad eyesight.......lol...........you are standing on the corner waiting for a cab that is never gonna show........NOBODY who is for real would EVER offer the things they offer......you can deposit all you want and feel good,.....just dont win....this is a proven trainwreck scenario.....dont fall for it

Awesome post and definitely a mind blower! I can't fathom what would possibly put them back in the good graces of any player. They have such a rep of being among the most rogue out there that making a complete turnaround seems hard to believe.

It would be very nice if they truly did but only time will tell if this is truly the case and lots of positive player feedback.

They will be on the rogue list until they can prove to LCB and all it's members that they have changed and that they pay in a timely manner, don't use pathetic excuses not to pay and don't shut down accounts of people who win along with all the other things that make a great casino like customer care etc.

If they are going on the straight and narrow, I can't imagine them continuing to offer such amazing bonuses. Their offers are too good to be true and their track record proves that there's a reason for it. They will offer you the stars and the moon but make it difficult to withdraw. What other casinos offer no limit deposit bonuses and such huge NDB's?

Only time will tell and the warnings will continue to help players until we get some decent feedback.

I have been working on the affiliate - forum side for over 1 year, helping players with complaints and payment issues. I can assure you, our brands have improved a lot. I can assure you, all players are getting paid.

@Cindy-I am sure players are getting paid, but it is still taking a month or longer, which in this day and age is UNACCETABLE.

I understand that you have helped MANY and I mean MANY players to get paid, but it should not be that way. Players should be getting paid without your help and with without all the hassles. It is just that plain and simple. Since the last time you have helped me which is well over a year ago, I have closed all my accounts with this group for the reason of having to wait a month to recieve my funds.

If they are truly making improvements, they should have started with payments. With all due respect, I have not seen any improvements in this area.

You have been a tremendous help to players i am sure. But I am curious to know how "brands have improved a lot"? I wish nothing more than they have made a complete turn around and if these brands are trying to mend their ways could you elaborate on the improvements? Do they offer better customer service, are they paying players in a much more timely matter, are they not banning players because they won?

There has been a lot of rumors going around lately that these casinos have improved. You as a rep are the ideal person to shed some light on this and let our members know exactly what it is that they have improved upon.

LHofsdal has made a very valid point although you are awesome at solving issues with members, if they have indeed improved, there should be less complaints to resolve.

many players that eventually do get paid ARE NOT GETTING PAID as advertised in your terms and conditions.....i agree with the above posts....please provide specific details of the improvements....we have heards this story soooo many times it is hard to believe

        I  still don't think I'll ever deposit a dime in those places.  There's no need to when there are reputable places that pay and pay quickly (within a week)  without any hassle.  Sorry, just don't trust 'em.    Like dabigdog says I want to see specifics.
