How do you read this??

I posted this in the N/D section which was probably the wrong spot.

I deposited at Slotastic today and yesterday (just started there). 

Got this email today.....

How do you read this?

I read it as an extra $100 on a deposit.  WRONG.  It's a 25% bonus up to $100.  
I let them know I would have liked to be a loyal customer but felt deceived.

How did they treat this new customer?  Blocked my account.  :-\

Well, the blocking really sucks.  But in Casino-think, they "offered" you $100 but you only took advantage of part of the total by not depositing uhm, would that be $400?  And that sucks also.

I hate incomplete instructions and incomplete explanations of rules.  I don't know if they do it on purpose or if they are just foreign and things get lost in translation. 

It never mentioned 25% in the email?  Seems you read it as it was intended they just neglected to tell you about it being "up to" $100 rather than it being $100.

Why they locked your account though is beyond me.

I got that mail too, if you scroll down it clearly says that its a 25% match, maybe you only read the top part?
Thats casino marketing, they always make it look better than it really is.

No reason to lock your account.. thats more than a bit too harsh.

I only got the part of the email which says $100 with deposit.  Weird. 

Anyway, the supervisor said she blocked me but I am able to get in... Again... Weird.

I guess if things appear to good to be true, they usually are.

I played for over 8 hours on my first deposit yesterday. Lost it all before going to bed. 
Made a deposit today and it went really fast.  Up and down.... as always.
