How to monitor playthrough requirements with Rival?

I must be blind as I cannot find any place within the cashier page that will tell me how I am doing on a playthrough requirement for a deposit bonus.  Tried asking for help with live chat and they were rather vague about it.  I deposited $45 and had 100% bonus.  Had some really nice runs and got my balance up to $3200 and tried to withdraw but message said I hadn't met requirements yet.  When I asked live chat, he just said, "play a little more, you are almost through".  I asked "How much more?" and he said he could not tell....eventually I did get through the playthrough and now have a withdrawal in process for $2500 with Superior...woo-hoo!  (They increased my WD limit last week from $1000 to $2500 after I was upgraded to a VIP status and submitted all my required docs).  So, for those of you more familiar than I, is there a way to check what's remaining on your playthrough requirement like the RTG casinos show you?  Just for future reference since I successfully made it through this one!  Thanks ya'll 

Okay, here is what I do to help monitor my playthrough with Rival casinos instead of having to ask support.  When claiming my coupon I figure out how much I have to playthrough and write that amount down.  Then i make sure the coupon states I will receive full comp points.  Then before I place a bet I write down how many comp points I have before I begin playing.  I just monitor my comp points for playthrough.  So if you started with say 1000 comp points and playthrough is $2000.00 when my comp points reach 3000 I check to see if I have made playthrough.  It will always tell you in the cashier when you click on the coupon you claimed if you have made playthrough yet.  I do agree with you that there should be an easier way.  I wish that once you make playthrough a pop up box would come up on the screen saying "Congratulations you have made playthrough!"

Now if your coupon you claimed does not give comp points the method I described above will not work and if you only receive 1/2 a comp point for each 1.00 than it will have to be computed differently.  If you use the example above and you started with 1000 comp points and playthrough was $2000.00 than you will have to have 5000 comp points to make playthrough.  I NEVER ask support about my playthrough, I feel it brings me bad luck. lol

I hope this helps in some small way. I love rival casinos I just wish they were as generous with me as they were in November and December of last year.  I have totally bombed at every casino this year so far.  Good luck and Congratulations on your wins!  I also play Superior regularly.

I would say the same as bonusround said.  Pay attention to the bonus you claimed, some might say 0.25 comp pts or 0.33 comp pts per $10.  And it depends on your vip level at the casino, they might give you more in comp pts.  I generated comp pts super fast at cocoa, I know that every $10 wagered, I get more than 1 comp pt, but they didnt tell me the exact.
