OK, here a pic I took (Screenshot) after the dealing was done. I am not brainiac, but 5 card stup poker (Carribbean) should only have 4 of each card value (4 aces, 4 kings, queens and so on) so how does it come to be, that 5 Jacks show up?

      What am I not understanding?

I don't know much about it, but either it's two or more decks or a malfunction

See the "shoe" top right of the picture genenco - there are probably 5 or 6 decks of cards being used which is standard for blackjack/casino card games.

Yes I see that Blue, but this is supposed to be "Stud" poker. You get 5 cards, no more draws and I've played such at a casino 15 min away and they use a single deck for every deal.

I would say they don't make that very clear...Maybe I should write and ask if that's what they do....

      Hey Genenco,

I think it's a great idea to write and ask them.  I for one would love to know.

      Thanks,.

I wrote to them, mentioning that this was 5 card STUD POKER. I was only curious, not cussing them out at all...Here's their reply....

I know it's IS funny as it's obvious they didn't actually see the picture or even pay attention to what I typed.

I'm "Hoping" for a response to my reply to theirs..Nope, no cussing, but I suspect they aren't well schooled in english as it is typed either.

In regards to Stud poker (Any kind) you only get 5 cards and that's it and I have never seen it played with more then one deck.

Well, they responded saying that the "Shoe" operates with  5 52 card decks. Never have I seen this and now just won't play that game...Give me the shivers it does!

At least you got an answer to your question this time though.  It is normal practice I think you will find.

Well, Blue I have to finish and say "Nope, this was NOT normal" especially from previous dealings with Vegas Techs.

However, this VT was a bit more classy in not lying, denying or ignoring my emails.

I guess that's something that they didn't lie about it.  As you had sent them the screeny, it would have been pointless for them to lie.  Had they lied, a glitch in the software would have cost them a huge amount of money!
