        Need a moment to rant and ask anyone what they would do.

        I am a loyal depositor at GO/Crazy/Online Vegas.  I don't deposit a lot but I do deposit each week.  After about 40 deposits, I'm still stuck at VIP level 1 of 9 at each of them.  That means I get no VIP benefits until I reach level 3.  >:(

        Lately, the phone wait time has been AT LEAST 1 hour.  So, if I deposited and wanted to redeem a bonus, I would have to wait an hour, minimum.  woo

        I've noticed the staff has been rude and if I have a problem, they couldn't give a rats ass if I went somewhere else.

        How many would continue with a casino like this?  Anyone else get good service elsewhere or are the staff pretty much rude/indifferent everywhere?

        Oh, one more thing... after waiting 2 hours on Christmas, my whopping present was $5 and I had deposted 2 days prior.

        Hi Gabby,

        I think customer service is vital in determining whether or not to give them my business. If they are that delayed in responding then what happens when an issue should arise on a withdrawal?

        It is way to frustrating to deal with that type of treatment from a paying customer, particularly a good one. I don't know when the casinos will get it through there heads that customer service is the only go between and they represent the casinos integrity.

        For me personally i would think long and hard before i would play at a casino again that had lousy service. We don't tolerate it at restaurants or stores when we spend our money. Why should we tolerate it at a casino!

        You should talk to a rep and explain the service you received and see if you can be compensated with a free chip

        I would like a rep to know some of my experiences but I don't know how to find one.  Everytime I call and get the run around for one thing or another, I ask to speak to a manager and *shockingly*, everyone says they are a manager. *sigh*

        The only reason I have been a chump and stayed on as long as I have is for the tournies.  Really makes no sense because I never win anything.  It's funny if you look at the leaderboard, it's always the same people.

        That's a horrible way to treat anyone, but more so a loyal depositor! I would NOT give them any more of my time or money!

                  That would really upset me also but ,most of us know that when it comes to that group of casinos...they r among the top most trusted, and i agree with you there games and tournaments are the best. like you i have deposited alot in these casinos well......i have ALOT.....OK THOUSANDS !  Lol lol lol....oh anyways sorry trailed off ....teehee.
        I am at loyalty level 3 Hmmmm I should be alot higher than that now that i think of it ...lol but they know me pretty good now ,that is my twin sister and i we play there every day.I even got each of there casinos programed into my phone ...Hmmmm wow  I bet that sounds like i got a problem playing at those casinos  dont it ? but no i dont ..lol having them programed in my phone just makes it easier to be able to play at them with convienance faster! teehee...enough of that next time you visit the casino which ever one...ask for Juan    VIP Manager and tell him that Clara pruitt recomended that you speak with him that he will treat you or give you the best promo possible and that the twins talk of him highly ! maybe it will help you ...I hope , gotta go ...gamble now ! just kidding ......a little.

        I made yet another deposit at GO.  While I was playing with my deposit, I went to Live Support and also called to redeem the deposit bonus.

        3 HOURS!!!  >:(  I waited until someone picked up.  Of course, all the money was spent by then and I had a crick in my neck for waiting on the phone and an 'an operator will be with you shortly' message kept disturbing my play.

        Anyway... because of the wait, I was told I would get 85% bonus instead of 30%.  Did it happen?  NO!

        I played the 30% in seconds  >:( and called back today. A manager, who refused to give her name, said I couldn't get the difference since I played the measly bonus already.

        She went on to say... 1.  I didn't quailfy.  2.  I sure did play the free tournaments  >:( 3. If I went to Las Vegas, I would get nothing.  3.  I have redeemed more 'free money'. which is the deposit bonuses than I have deposited.  4.  I mentioned what Lips said and she replied "We are not a restaurant'. 



        Grrrrr.  I am ticked beyond belief.  She deleted my account.  When I asked why... she reinstated.

        Good Lord in heaven.... why do I keep making myself upset over this?  I tried Superslots but they are not taking Visa gift cards and that is the only way I like to deposit.  Dam....more money down the drain, which happens, but the wait totally ruined any fun I would have had spending it.
