I need to know if this has ever happened to any of u

1st off I swore on Lester my guinnea pig's life I would never again start another thread on this part of the forum so Lester must die but I need to know something from all of you.  i went to customer service to find out where I stood on my playthru.  I got told I was at 15349 and I needed to wager 211 more to reach my playthru.  I wagered 212 more then went back to customer service got a different person and got told after my 212 I was at 15,183.  The bottom line from 1 person to the next I went in reverse.  Heres the biggest thing.  After my bonus is deducted I am not at my $580 max allowed withdrawal.  I am at $306 so theres a very good chance I will lose part or all of my withdrawal. 

Has anybody else had this happen to them with 2 different customer service people???  I did write my vip account representitive and told him I am doing the extra 477 playthru but if it affects my withdrawal he doesnt have to worry about me as a vip player.  In all honesty, its time to quit this rtg chit and time to wait for something to happen with the USA governments allowing online casinos. 

i used to play at slots of vegas and the all the similar casinos that have a 10X max cashout on deposits,  this happened to me routinely even to the point where i was told i had made playthrough then it was a mistake and needed more playthrough....in my opinion, it is a scam,  if they cant track it in the cashiers cage, or if they do and then say it is not correct,  it is a scam...becasue they know how hard it is to make playthru and how easy it is to lose all of the allowed withdrawal once playthrough has been made if you keep playing.

        Hey gunny, I don't know which site that was on but as a general rule, if I'm playing with a bonus requiring a huge playthrough for a cashout, I only play at a site where I can monitor the balance in real time.    Most of the RTG's do this like dabigdog said (in the cashier area).    It should really be a non-issue  IMO.

It wasnt in the cashier box.  Bottom line, after 2 terrible rounds of bulls and bears my balalance was 420 and my bonus was 464 so I went for broke on bulls and bears and was defeated.  Its ok though this is a good reason to quit playing.  As they say put a fork in me I am done.  I still have one withdrawal check due by the end of the month and another withdrawal got approved today.  They total over $1,200 and I will not give 1 penney of it back.  Its called dog to the vet for shots, a new washing machine, a meat grinder, electric meat slicer and paint for the main level of the house. 

That's great news, Gunny, glad to hear you hit a big lick.  Happy you didn't reverse it.    That's weird about the amt. not being in the box like you said.  Wonder if they do that on purpose?

What more than can ask for then the casino sending me proof that I got screwed.  In court in the USA after this proof I would simply say, "Your honor I rest my case".

you are correct....they do it all the time and probably rarely get called out for it.././.  then they can just blame a technical error  no problem

Well Gunny, I guess you finally see the light.  The rogues are tired of paying you...VIP Manager or not. 

At some point, no matter your history with them, their criminal behavior surfaces and you become the victim.  If generally only happens when cashing out though.
